We have used Valley Furnace three time and always had an excellent experience with Andy and his crew. They are honest, prompt, and a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend them to friends and family.

I have used Valley Furnace for multiple installs. Most recently a tankless water heater. I chose them because they have done excellent work for me in the past with a furnace installation, 2 ac units, and their repair and service is speedy and affordable.

Excellent Service. Arrived on time and finished in timely manner even though it was an old furnace. They were able to get it running smoothly ( much quieter) and add an air filtration system. They explained everything that needed to be done and the price was very reasonable.

Our old water heater finally started giving out. We found a leak. Called a few places. The owner of Valley Furnace came out same day to take a look and quote. As charming as a warm, fresh pile of cattle manure in the hot afternoon sun.

We had a bid for a new HVAC system in our home done by this company. They did no home measurements or inspection of my current duct system, yet still offered a bid.

The install was bad, with angry installers tapping their toes demanding payment before testing the system. Turns out it only provided heat to one floor of the house. Owner told us that wasn't their fault, they installed the furnace correctly.
