Serenity Air Heating and Air Conditioning

Our heat pump had quit working, we called Serenity Air. They sent out a technician, Luke, within a few hours. Luke arrived as scheduled and diagnosed the problem. After reviewing our options, the repair was made and the system was back up and running. We will be scheduling our yearly maintenance with Serenity Air soon! Office staff was friendly and Luke was great. Would not hesitate to refer to friends.

Due to certain unforeseeable variables in my personal life I only had the opportunity of working for serenity Air for about one year

While there I had the opportunity of working in the warehouse I was also attached to the install crew a few times but my primary role was a service / maintenance technician Apprentice.

Bill Luke Shawn and all the members of the team are highly knowledgeable, friendly and understanding people

Pros:
- awesome team
- competitive wages
- owner was really good about making sure I got my 40 hours
- small business camaraderie
- The owner doesn't take jobs that are absolutely disgusting, and in the event that he has to to fill hours he compensates the worker

Cons:
-being that its a small business things are constantly changing
- you may be required to do many different types of jobs when demand is low e.g. install, service, maintenance, cleaning trucks warehouse maintenance, Etc

Serenity Air came to my rescue when the company that originally installed my heat pump was unable to handle a warranty issue due to some serious problems with their business. All the techs and the manager at serenity were knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and kind. They solved my problem, and went above and beyond anything they had to do, by speaking with the manufacturers rep to get my failed equipment replaced. Honestly one of the best experinces I have had with any type of service in my home. They have my business and my enthusiastic referrals for life. All around fantastic people! If you need work done, call them, you will not be dissapointed.

We had a great experience with Serenity Air. They explained all of my options and let me choose exactly what I wanted to replace my furnace and add A/C. The pricing was competitive and all employees were great to work with. Everyone took the time to answer any questions I had. The system they installed is working great.

Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for new installing AC and Furnace.
Shawn is also another person to talk to. He's the boss and the owner to this company. He is willing to low down his price to accommodate my need and understanding. He will make the decision!
Truly, I have three different quotes from different companies but Serenity is the best price in the market. Shawn was be able to match the price and offered best deal.
Words of advise, always get 2-3 more quotes in order to compare the prices.
I am truly satisfy with the installation, TRANE 14XR AC/Furnace and the company. Please give Serenity a chance if you really want to install new AC/Furnace.

We had a very professional experience from start to finish with Serenity Air. All of our questions were answered with no high pressure sales. We were explained our options and went with what was best for us. The workers showed up on time,did a great job,and cleaned up when done.I would recommend Serenity Air to anyone with heating needs.

After visiting with and getting 2 to 3 other quotes I finally contacted serenity air. Not only was it very competitive I instantly felt more confident in the potential products and skill of the company. Installation was very well done and our system is running great. We upgraded with the air scrubber and it smells fresh and clean already after two days. Thanks guys!

Devin was wonderful very professional and friendly. He set up our a/c system and got it all up and running! Very knowledgeable and went above and beyond as far as to change our filter for us.

Austin was out this morning to service our Trane heat pump system. He promptly resolved all of our issues. Austin also went over filter maintenance, and he signed us up for Serenity's Silver system maintenance plan. The system is now ready to heat our home this winter. Thank you Austin and thank you Serenity.

Update: I was reached out to by the owner, who btw was very apologetic and respectful. He set up a follow up with Drew for an estimate. Drew was amazing! Very thorough and personable. I would like to say that I am now very pleased with the service I have received. Thank you very much for clearing up the mistake. It's nice to feel valued as a customer in these crazy times.

I was happy to get a tech available for inspection for the following day. I checked google and yelp and they had a great rating, so I felt good about the appointment. Tech was supposed to call and confirm time frame. Tech never called and was not here by initial time. I had to call and ask when/ if tech would get here. Tech finally shows up and does inspection. Says I need replacement of AC and Furnace. He was very nice and well explained. I paid the fees and was told I'd receive a call back from the office in a day or two at most, for someone to come out and measure for quotes. It's been over 2 weeks and I haven't heard from them since. Would give 0 stars if I could. No wonder they had availability next day, they dont really care about their customers. Disappointed
