Outstanding company, top to bottom. Drew gave excellent service and was so knowledgeable. The installers did a great job. All were very professional, including Meg in the office. We would highly recommend them and give them 6+ stars if we could.

Our furnace quit in December, so we needed to find someone to fix it or replace it fast. Serenity was able to send someone the next day who checked out the issue and gave us a quote for repair. The price was lower than we expected, the technician was great to work with and we were very happy with the experience.

Drew the sales rep was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The technicians arrived as promised, answered all our questions and completed new heating and A/C systems in 1 day and left area clean.

Hadn't serviced my furnace since I got it 8 years ago and it was starting to have some issues with it starting (as well as the bonus of it sounding like a jet engine every time it started). Serenity Air was suggested by a friend so I gave them a call. Luke came out and was prompt, knowledgeable, and able to stop all the issues we were having. Was a great experience and will recommend to others.

After receiving bids from four contractors and narrowing down on the type of system, I began my research. I looked at product reputations from consumer testing sites and researched contractors by looking at multiple peer review sites like this one. Trane received very high ratings on their overall product quality and was near the top of ranked products. Looking at user reviews from multiple sites, Serenity Air almost always received 5 stars from all the customer reviews. I contacted Serenity Air and informed them they had my business. My installation was scheduled a couple of days later. They got electrical and mechanical permits required for the job, ordered the equipment and scheduled their installers. The day before the actual installation, I received a call letting me know the specific unit was not available. I immediately thought uh-oh, now what. That was not the case. Serenity Air told me they were going to substitute the next larger model at no additional price increase and they were still scheduled for the installation the next two days.

The next day, the installers arrived on time and were very courteous and professional. They walked around my home getting to know what was needing to be accomplished and went to work. I would ask them questions and they never felt bothered to stop and answer those questions. As they were checking the clearance of the exhaust vent and my garage door, there was an incident that ended up breaking my garage door opener. That evening, they contacted the garage door company and had their repair person out the next morning repairing the opener. Again, I was impressed with their professionalism and getting any issue resolved to my satisfaction. At the end of each day, they thoroughly cleaned up and removed any trash. When the installation was complete and they performed a duct leak test showing how efficient the air flowed throughout the system. Again, this attention to detail impressed me. I would highly recommend Serenity Air for your HVAC needs. I will be calling upon them in the future to maintain this system for years to come.

What a great experience we had with Andrew and the team at Serenity. He was prompt, personable, and professional. We received an estimate very quickly and it was more than competitive with the offers we received elsewhere. In December, 2017, Serenity Air installed a new furnace and heat pump in my nearly 100 year old house. For the first time ever, we had forced air heating and cooling in the upstairs. I was impressed with Serenity Air every step of the way. Their creativity, kindness and integrity made me desire to be a lifetime customer! When faced with a sudden opportunity to move this Fall, one of my biggest concerns was that I would need to leave my heat pump behind. I had been using it for less than a year, but had already become very attached to it! Warm and comfortable when I needed it to be and oh so cool during the hot summer months!

After moving into my brand new construction home, one of the very first upgrades I did was having Serenity Air install a AC unit to pair with the High Efficiency furnace in the home. Once again, I was impressed with the way Serenity Air met my individual needs. Drew, the Salesman even returned to my new home a month later to help me set up my wifi thermostat.

I truly feel like I'm one of the family, not just one of their customers! I highly recommend this company for all of your HVAC needs.

We called in Shawn at Serenity for a second opinion during our build. He came in with a much better plan, so we hired Serenity to create an HVAC system for our new home. They have provided outstanding service and follow up. We highly recommend Serenity!

We contacted Serenity Air, among others, this past January, after a series problems with our electric heat pump and furnace, left us running only on "emergency" heat. We also felt that our previous contractor, was always trying to take advantage, or up sell due to our lack of knowledge.
The owner of Serenity Air, Shawn Taylor, personally came to our house and worked up the bid price. He gave us the info, that really helped us, to make our decision, on what needed to be done, and what equipment would be best. Serenity Air gave us a competitive bid with quality Trane products. Shawn took care of the permitting and made sure to follow through with the inspections. The installation crew did a great job removing the old units and installing the new furnace and heat pump. They put in a couple of extremely long days and were respectful of our house and produced quality work. We would recommend Serenity Air to anyone looking for an HVAC contractor.
