What a fantastic experience we had with Serenity Air! They were the only company to ask us what we were looking for in a new heat pump, every one else just quoted us their top end equipment, and under our circumstances that just wasn't an option. Drew did an unbelievable job matching our wants and needs to a great affordable system, and the install crew was amazing as well. I was able to schedule an appointment just a couple days after I called. The technician arrived promptly and let me know what he was doing and how the system was. My system had suddenly went out back in November and we used space heaters for winter/early spring and then fans for spring/summer. The tech was able to pinpoint the cause, fix it and it has worked wonderfully since I had it done on my birthday. Best way to celebrate--it only cost me hundreds instead of thousands like a replacement system would have. I have only used this company 1 time but signed up to be a return customer and would recommend them without hesitation.

Drew showed up right on time and was extremely professional during our estimate. He informed us of all of the options we could choose from and gave his honest opinion on each unit. Drew worked around my two crazy toddlers and was so patient with them! We felt so comfortable with him here and in his knowledge. We can’t wait to have Serenity install our AC!

Serenity has been great. They installed a new HVAC system and heat pump during our remodel just over a year ago and our house has been super comfortable and quiet. Luke was a fantastic person. He came out and took care of our systems and didn't think twice to say "No we don't do that." The company goes above and beyond to take care of everything from beginning to end. The cost was inexpensive for the peace of mind we received.
