Serenity Air Heating and Air Conditioning

Working with the team at Serenity has been a fabulous experience! From the very beginning when Drew came out he listened to our requests and we figured out the system that would be best for us. It was very low pressure and he was very knowledgeable about everything. The installation for our entire system (new furnace and heat pump) was done in one day and the crew did a great job and we have been enjoying much more comfortable, clean air since! I appreciate the time that Serenity takes to make sure they have satisfied our needs and their prompt response to any questions we have had.

Drew came out to our home after shuffling his weekend schedule for a last minute rush appointment. The same amount of customer service contributed throughout our installation. Before choosing Serenity we we had another company scheduled to do our heat pump install. I had a not so great feeling about it and decided to give another company a call. When Drew came out to the house he explained every bit of install, every line item cost, all the possible options and never once used slamming service providers to prove a point. I was more than impressed with the integrity and honesty and price as well. Install team was just as pleasant, helpful and professional. Meg at the office was great with follow up and answering questions. Overall I would recommend this team to anyone

The guys who came and installed our new heating system were very clean and respectful, they were on time. They walked me through on how to use the new thermostat and made sure I had all my questions answered before they left. I would ues them again for any of my heating needs.

The Serenity Air salesman was very thorough and knowledgeable about their products. We got a great deal and they handled all the rebate paperwork for us.
They have followed up after the installation to be sure that the operation was good. We had a little issue with the remote for our heat pump and they provided a new one right away!
I have had them do maintenance on my furnace before and they are quick thorough and well priced.
Integrity and honesty are obviously two of their highest values.
I would recommend Serenity Air for any and all of your heating or air conditioning needs.

I would highly recommend Serenity Air to anyone looking for new air conditioning and/or heating system. Their salesman Drew was very informative and laid out all the options and priced several packages based on what I wanted not what he wanted to sale me.

The installation crew was great as well. installation pricing was scheduled for two days, however Serenity sent 6 installers and finished the job in one day. Installation was top notch!

Drew followed up a few weeks after install to make sure we were satisfied with the install and answer any questions we had. This was a great touch as you don’t hear from most companies after the jobs complete and they have your money.

The service I received was either dishonest, incompetent, or both. My furnace was not heating my home properly. The technician opened the front of my furnace, jiggled a few wires and told me it was temporarily fixed but I needed to replace my furnace to avoid future problems. I repeatedly asked what was wrong with the furnace and how he repaired it but he would not give me a straight answer, repeating that I needed to purchase a replacement furnace. After he left, the furnace was still not heating the house properly. Later on, I went in the house crawlspace and found out sever of the ducts had become disconnected from individual heat vents. Upon reconnecting them, my house warmed up properly. The puke technician just wanted to make a big commission by talking me into purchasing a new furnace. I'll never use Serenity Air again and I recommend the same for others...stay away from this rip-off outfit! UPDATE: The owner of Serenity Air contacted me shortly after posting this review. He was very apologetic and seemed genuinely interested in the details of my experience with his company. He refunded the payment for services and my impression was that he was going to follow up to improve how they provide services. I appreciated his efforts and responsiveness. Everyone deserves a second chance, including Serenity Air. Thank you!

We had such a great experience with Serenity from the start. Shawn (the owner) is very nice and gave us one of five or six quotes. He is very knowledgeable and provided plenty of information regarding the products and services they provide. In the end they had a competitive quote with appealing payment terms and we chose Serenity. We purchased new a/c, a new furnace and an air cleaner. The installation crew were all extremely nice and respectful. They did a great job with the installation and we couldn't be happier. I would recommend Serenity Air to anyone and I will continue to use them to service our equipment. It's great to be able to support a growing local business.

My 5 star experience with Serenity Air started with Meg, the office manager. She is friendly, informed and efficient. Next, my appointment with Drew, to choose a system, was beyond my expectations. The time he devoted to make sure I was happy about every detail and the patience he exhibited to answer an infinite number of questions is to be commended. He is respectful, personable and a very accommodating employee. He even showed up on day one of installation to clearly communicate to the crew all that we had discussed. The installation crew was lead by Donald. They were all punctual, hard working, and knowledgeable. Their work ethic was clearly exhibited after the two day installation process. Besides working neat and clean, they left me with a beautifully installed furnace and heat pump. Before exiting, Donald thoroughly explained how to run the system and I've been enjoying it ever since. I can strongly recommend Serenity Air! I absolutely found them to be a company of true quality from the very first phone call! Thank you Meg, Drew, Donald and Crew!

Very professional from start to end. Drew was very thorough in explaining the different furnace options available. The installers did an excellent job in installing my new furnace. Drew came the next day to follow-up, and even sent technicians to make adjustments to my furnace to provide comfortable heating for my home. Overall great company and excellent customer service!
