Serenity Air Heating and Air Conditioning

As a potential new owner of a 1907 constructed house, I was in need of a heating source to secure insurance and lending. I took a quote from Serenity Air among several others. They stood out in this quote process because Shawn, the owner, took time to share options for heating and possible complications due to the older construction. He was very thorough and professional. It was an easy choice for me. I was thrilled with the technicians doing the install. Great and considerate guys. They did a great job of identifying asbestos in my house that required removal. It was a complete project at the end of the day. Clean and well heated. I appreciate the great service from Shawn and his team.

Benjamin was THE most professional tech I’ve ever used, extremely respectful and thorough. He also represented himself in a manner that you could readily tell he worked for a good company. The pricing of the service was reasonable and openly explained. I would openly recommend Serenity to anyone, not only friends and family. It is no wonder that I found them through a friend’s recommendation. I will say I have used 2 other well known companies over the last few years, and both times I was extremely disappointed, “ Serenity... A Breath of Fresh Air!”

I'm in awe! After many attempts to find help online and contact manufacturer I was left up creek without a paddle. I was certain there was no way I was gonna talk anyone into helping me over the phone. Luckily I was wrong I called and talked to the receptionist which was happy to try and find a solution a few minutes later the owner called me back and walked me through my issues (granted it was a simple question) he easily could have told me he'd need to come out and charge me but no the owner was happy to help without mentioning anything about a visit or price. Great service all around from the scheduler Meg, to Luke the technician. Answered all my questions, offered good advice, and gave a great discounted rate to pay for 3 years of service in advance. I liked this idea to help me not forget the next couple service. I would recommend Serenity Air for electric heat pump and gas furnace services.

I recommend Serenity Air to anybody considering replacement or new equipment. I just bought my home and realized there was no way I was going to live here without AC. I got estimates, one of which was Serenity Air. They offered me the best price to replace my furnace and to put in a heat pump. The guys worked so hard to get my install done quickly. They put in an extremely long day and couldn't have been any nicer. Shawn gave me info that really helped to make my decision on what all needed to be done and what equipment would be best. I just can't say enough good stuff about this company, including Sharon in the office.

We recently had a new furnace and heat pump installed by Serenity Air. From the initial scheduling to the install everything went very smoothly. The installation itself hit a snag when one of the components for the outdoor unit was bad and the factory wanted to take 3 weeks to ship out a new component, however the folks at Serenity air flat out told them that wasn't acceptable (I was standing there when the tech made the call to the factory). While the factory said there was no way to send the part any faster, these guys started thinking on their feet. They ended up taking the bad part from another unit in their warehouse and replacing it the next day that we were available and got the unit up and running. Additionally, since we had chosen to finance the unit, Serenity Air pushed out the billing so that it wouldn't even start until we had a working unit and were completely satisfied with how it was working. It says a lot when a company is willing to do whatever it takes to make sure that every part of the customer's experience with them is positive, including the rare issues that come up. I would definitely recommend these folks to anyone looking for a professional company that actually cares about their customers and stands behind their product!

Serenity did a great job. They called this morning to confirm and again 15 minutes before arrival to let us know they were on the way. The tech was polite, friendly, and did a great job servicing our furnace. I highly recommend Serenity Air.

We requested a quote to have air installed on our existing furnace but quickly discovered that a new furnace with air was very attainable. Just a short time later it was being installed and for the first time in our house, we are very, very comfortable. Joe and Donald oversaw all the crew and explained their steps and every gentleman who was here to work was professional, communicative and very friendly.
