Husband and I checked out 5 or 6 pros to have come and install a new AC unit in our home. Shawn and Shannon are by far, hands down, the best! From their initial fast response, their intelligence on what they did, and explaining the process to us was so understandable and easy. We loved their professionalism the entire way through and it's why we will continue to give them our business. Shawn is always on time and so pleasent to interact with, and anytime I've had a question or needed to schedule for annual maintenance, Shannon responds very quickly. Extremely professional and impeccable at what they do. HIGHLY recommend!!

My story starts with getting 3 proposals from other HVAC companies and I would have stopped after 3 but a local contractor suggested I contact Tahoma. Glad I did! Shawn was there for the initial proposal and did a really great job listening to our needs. It's worth noting that Shawn was involved from bid thru the entire install and was the last one out the door on completion. That meant a lot to me knowing he was there for us from start to finish. His team was amazing... they worked well together and each was a specialist in their task. Special thanks to the crew and Shannon too in the office. The finished product is providing a wonderful even heat throughout the house. I barely hear the Daiken unit go on or off it's just maintaining heat in the house beautifully. I truly believe I will get more comfort and save money on my monthly electric bill. The space heaters are going to the Goodwill. I highly recommend Tahoma Heating and Cooling. We've had our ductless air now for 3 years, if I call about anything they answer my questions in a timely manner and will send someone out with in 24 hours. They all are great to work with and very friendly. I give out there name and number to a lot of people.

We recently used Tahoma to extend our minisplit system with two additional heads and a new pump to support 4 heads. Tahoma had the best price by at least 30%, they were super clear on the work, the timing and overall very easy to do business with. In our particular case the installation didn't go as smoothly as I would've hoped. That being said, Tahoma was super responsive and went above and beyond to make things right. I never felt that they didn't have my best interests in mind. I would definitely recommend them for neighbors, friends and family or other folks looking for similar work.

I had contacted few other HVAC companies before calling Tahoma heating and cooling, and others quotes were higher than what Shawn quoted for a 14seer/3ton AC unit plus install & labor. Kirt and his crew did an awesome job, they took their time and made sure the install was good and tested both heating and cooling after.
