They installed a heat pump, replacing my gas furnace and using the existing ducting. Great value over larger companies, and extremely capable and reliable. Couldn't recommend more highly.

I ran into an emergency at the house with no heat. Shawn was the second person I called and after a few phone calls with the staff, they were able to squeeze me in within less than 2 hours. Such an amazing response for such short notice. My heat is back up! They saved the day! Thanks a million!

Service Rep showed up 3 hours after I called so I got lucky on that. He stated the outside drain line was froze up due to the cold weather and that this is a common problem. He fixed the drainpipe and fired up the furnace, and I am warm and cozy again. He Also advised to put insulated pipe wrap on the drain line to avoid future problems. Price was fair and I am happy.

So thankful for Tahoma Heating and Cooling - we had an ongoing heating issue at our property that Shannon at THC helped ensure we were aware of as the communications were getting lost between our tenants and property management company. He then arranged for service the following day and the heat is now working. Props to Kirt as well for the repair work! Will use them again for future HVAC work.

Kirt was amazing, helpful, and kind. He gave us information about our current system, offered new ideas, and was open to our wanting to know more. When prompted to take an idea further with an HVAC quote he made sure to get us in touch with the right people! This is a well run business, one we trust and recommend!

The person who received my call was super friendly and helpful. I called several places over the course of the day due to my heater being broken. All of them were busy and couldn’t make time for me . . . some as much as two weeks out. Tahoma gave me some troubleshooting tips to do over the phone to try to save me money, and when those didn’t work, had someone out to my house that evening. It ended up being a simple fix with my line between the pressure switch and the fan being clogged. The repair tech that came out left me with some instructions on how I can fix it myself in the future. Great experience and I would call them again for anything else I had.

I cannot thank Tahoma enough. They came out the same day when my heat stopped working when everyone else was booked into next week. We have heat again on the coldest day of the year and our repair man was just lovely. You have a new customer for life. Thank you!!!!

Having an issue with your heating furnace just as the cold weather arrives is alarming, not to mention a busy time to get someone in a timely manner. Tahoma Heating and Cooling came out and diagnosed my problem within a reasonably expected time. The diagnostic cost was fair and reasonable. A new part was needed to be ordered and the service completed within three business days of the first trip. Very happy with the service, the price was very reasonable, and there were no surprises. The office was great in notifying me of the service person's arrival and keeping me updated. Kirt was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. I would definitely recommend them.
