Out of the six estimate appointments I scheduled (after researching company reputations), Shawn was the most straightforward, gave me the most technical information, answered the most questions, responded to my inquiring emails within 24 hours, and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need.

I was very explicit about what I wanted when I set up all the appointments. Two people tried to sell me completely different, more expensive systems, and one person put the Platinum grade in my quote when I'd requested the Gold grade (only because I already knew the model numbers and the specs did I catch it). One company quoted me the identical thing that Shawn quoted me, for $3,000 more.

Even more critical than the system you choose is the installation. I have a very challenging space for both furnace and air conditioner. Shawn helped me troubleshoot the issues at the estimate appointment and with follow-up emails. The team did a quality job making sure everything was installed properly. In addition, they made sure things were cleaned up and orderly when they were done.

We touched base a week later and they came back and adjusted the airflow higher to meet my request.

Tahoma Heating and Cooling will be servicing my units annually and I would recommend them to anyone.

Everything was on time, above the promised standard (very good thing), and their technicians are the best that I have ever experienced in 35 years of owning homes. A rainy day and some unique aspects of my house complicated their efforts however they never complained, were focused, and installed everything in a matter of hours (actually ahead of schedule). Experts in their field, best value, and some of the most polite folks you will ever meet. As the days get hotter we love our new AC. Many thanks for a job well done!

The technician was courteous and professional. Very quick response to the service call.

These guys went above and beyond. Our remodel schedule went sideways and Kirt was instrumental in making sure the electricians finally got it right. I highly recommend this company!!!! Update: we had some water dripping, called them, and they were at our house in less than 10 minutes on a beautiful Saturday morning, identified the problem (insulation was improperly installed by someone else) and had a temporary fix done within minutes. I seriously cannot recommend these guys enough!!
