Furnace went out, from previous repair. Shawn came out promptly later in the day and was able to diagnose and get it running again.

Shawn, Shannon and team are extremely nice and helpful. The team did a great job installing my furnace and AC a couple of years ago. Every person we've dealt with has been very polite and respectful. I had a couple of small issues with the AC unit and they responded and repaired it quickly. Highly recommend!

Tech was very thorough, with checking and cleaning and doing minor maintenance. He explained everything he did and noted it all on the invoice clearly. He did a great job with our older furnace.

Got four bids and these guys were the best value I found. Was able to get them on the phone instantly throughout the process, even on a Sunday. They scheduled me the soonest that any company was offering, then found a window and ended up getting me in several weeks early, less that two weeks after my initial order.

Kirt and his team were very professional during the install, he clearly explained everything during the walk-through, he repaired a duct that had broken without charging us any extra, and he advised me on how to remedy a buzzing sound by replacing the air return grate with a differently-shaped one.

I have no connection to this company other than being a satisfied customer, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. 10/10.

I have used this company many times over the years on my house and some rentals they have always done a great job and do what they say they will do. They have treated me fair and professional and always take the time to communicate with me.

I had gotten positive reviews from my previous neighborhood. When I met Shawn, he was extremely informative and attentive. He made sure all my questions were answered. I had no hesitation in choosing this company for my heat pump install. They went above and beyond in making sure all the appliances were ordered. There is a backlog of units due to covid and everyone working from home. I was able to have my install within a few weeks. He even added on a thermostats and installation for free. He refused to let me pay for it! I will use them again for all my future needs.

Shannon and Shawn were incredible. Very communicative and friendly. We were new to a furnace and heat pump systems and they have explained everything beyond what we asked and made it so simple for us. They also have come to our house in a very timely manner from the first install to questions regarding the system. Shawn and his guys cleaned up so well after their job was done. There isn’t another company that has ever treated us with such care and respect as a customer. We appreciate them and are always referring them to anyone that needs services.

Highly recommend Tahoma Heating! The first time I called them, they were at my house the very next day and had the problem diagnosed and completely repaired the day after that. Amazing! Wishing I would have called them 3 years ago when the problem first started happening. The second time I called, they were at my house the same day, within 2 hours! And then didn't charge me for the trip! Very responsive, very professional, very good value for the money. They have definitely earned a future customer in me.
