Tahoma Heating and Cooling

Kirt Mondragon from Tahoma Heating and Cooling came out to service our HVAC system yesterday. He was efficient and professional. While looking over our furnace, Kirt noticed that there was a problem with our water heater. Not only did he make some adjustments to the water heater to make it safe in the short-term, but he spent time talking to me about it and telling me what I needed to tell a plumber to get to it fixed. We had a plumber come out the same day and the plumber said the exact same thing as Kirt and we scheduled to get it fixed. We are so thankful to Kirt for going above and beyond to keep our family safe. He was under no obligation to look at our water heater or assess it, but he did anyway and saved us thousands and thousands of dollars in damage to our home and possible threats to our safety. It is nice to know there are companies out there with such high-quality, knowledgable, and just plain decent employees. Thank you Kirt!!

Fantastic company! For my first annual maintenance, on the unit they put in just over a year ago, the technician was happy to listen to and address all of my questions; and I had quite a few. In addition to answering my questions, he also made some settings recommendations and thoroughly explained his reasoning.
It's so nice, these days especially, to know that a company can be trusted and relied upon to take care of my needs honestly and professionally.

Competitive pricing using quality brand name equipment. Personal contact with project manager every step of the way. Extremely safety conscious; had to cancel initial appointment due to installer's possible illness, continually masked and wore shoe coverings when in the house. Excellent cleanup. No claim of extra work, the initial agreed price was the final price.
Overall a first quality installation by techs who knew what they were doing.
