Tahoma Heating and Cooling

Tacoma Heating and Cooling staff were very professional. The representative and installers were very knowledgeable and answered all questions. They were friendly and very respectful. After completing their work, they cleaned up and left everything spotless. I like the product and the manner in which the representative provided all of the essential infor ation for me to make a decision.
I will continue to use Tahoma Heating and Cooling and highly recommend them to friends and family.

The 3-man crew (all nice guys, and they masked up whenever I was around them) showed up on time and finished earlier than expected. They cleaned up after themselves and thoroughly explained their work and components of the system. We went over the permitting process, and payment was clearly explained and quickly dealt with. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Excellent response time. Couldn't fix because needs a part, but hopefully getting part on Monday to come and fix. Super nice people. Quick response for a Saturday after a holiday.

My furnace needed repair so I called this company they sent Shawn. He was able to figure out what was wrong and fix it quickly for a very fair price.

Had the igniter go out in the furnace Fri nite and Tahoma was the fastest response of 3 requests for quotes that I had sent out via Google. Spoke to Amanda the following morning and had us scheduled within hours of request. Shawn was polite, masked up and extremely professional by explaining to and showing me what the problem was. 2 thumbs up, will use again in the future!

Had AC installed last week. Shawn gave us good info and a great bid. His crew of Kurt, Austin and Dave were on time, friendy, answered all our questions, and got everything done by 4pm. I originally contacted Tahoma to service an old furnace I had that was no longer turning on. Ultimately asked for a quote to replace it, which was very reasonable. Tahoma completed the new furnace install on time, in a professional manner, and with no issues. Sean and Shannon for a pleasure to work with, and I will plan on calling Tahoma should I need any more HVAC services in the future.

Shawn and his team were really professional as our 3 story house was quite the challenge. They were able to get us in pretty quickly with the rising heat. We were urgently trying to get this done for our newborn. They had to come back for 3 days, but we are really excited for our new AC system!

Wow! Easy scheduling, called 2 days before to confirm, texted when on their way, arrived 10 min early, and took the time to explain everything during their visit. Kirt, the technician, was excellent and we will certainly use Tahoma in the future for our heat and AC needs.

Sean and his crew are fantastic! They always listen to what we need and don't try to charge us for extras we don't need! Very honest and responsive! We use them for all of our HVAC needs, you should too!
