I want to thank WestCoast Heating & Air for their great job and excellent customer service. Everything about my experience with WestCoast was above expectations. The owner, Michael Smith, made time to meet with me late in the day and spent a significant amount of time explaining the best install options while keeping my budget in mind. On install day, they showed up on time and were very professional and helpful. When they were in the crawlspace under the house, one of the crew took the time to take pictures of a leaky pipe and warn me of the problem. I have already recommended WestCoast to several friends and colleagues at work and would definitely recommend WestCoast to everyone.

This is an honest family run business with great customer service. I had NO HEAT and Diane listened to my problem and sent someone right out. Josh showed up on time and found my problem quickly. He got right to work, fixed the problem and even installed my new thermostat. I needed minimal new parts and the service fee was cheaper than all other companies that I researched. I was very satisfied with every phase of business with West Coast Heating & Air. They are now my go to company for any A/C and heating needs in the future.

Nick and Josh came out and replaced our furnace and hot water tank. They were professional, knowledgeable and prepared. Plus, Diane in Customer Service was helpful and friendly. Great company, I would definitely work with them again.

Also had a hot water tank installed. I am very very happy with the service I received and the quality of my new furnace and hot water heater. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Great family run business, Michael and Diane never push products or upgrades. They honestly look for the best solution for your needs. I've recommended them to several homeowners. If I ever move I will call them first or a new install.

The workers that helped me replace my furnace were stellar individuals! Kind, courteous, honest, and efficient. It was great to work with a company that valued our business, and didn’t try to overcharge (especially since we are seniors). Couldn’t recommend them more.

I was extremely pleased with their service. When I called in the morning saying my furnace wasn’t working, they were at my house by noon. I had a new furnace installed within five days and it was during the holidays. I highly recommend them and their prices are awesome.

I decided to replace my 21 year old furnace and ended up going with West Coast after getting several bids. Most companies have a full time salesman come out to do the bid, while not inherently a bad thing they do tend to be "salesy". Michael the owner of West Coast was the person who came out to give me a bid and it was a much better experience. I didn't feel like it was a sales talk. Michael wanted to help me out and we talked about different options and what would work best. He gave me a bid that was great price and he knew there would be some extra work involved removing the old system.

With the current supply chain issues I did have to wait a bit longer than I would have wanted, but this is no fault of Michael or his company. They were great with keeping in touch with me while waiting for the furnace to be in stock.

The installers were on time and did a great job. They were both very nice and took a lot of pride in the work they did for me. I had some old equipment that needed removed and they really went above and beyond in cleaning things up and patching up the less than stellar work from the previous furnace.
