We were facing a costly replacement of our heating and cooling systems. We had been customers of another company we had relied on for several years. Talking with a neighbor who had an awesome experience with Michael and West Coast, we gave him a call. Michael showed up (even earlier than agreed!) and gave us a thorough assessment of our options. We compared his proposal to our existing company's and found he was going to install higher efficiency equipment for THOUSANDS less than our other bid. He also agreed to install it THE NEXT DAY!. Michael's excellently customer service, '"can do attitude", attention to detail, and competitive pricing sealed the deal for us! Give him a call and you will be a customer for life!

Diane, Josh and Mike gave us excellent service working through a repair (initially) then a furnace replacement. They extended their already long days to try to repair our aging furnace then expeditiously found a replacement and scheduled the installation as soon as they could. Diane reached out on a weekend when we were concerned about a potential gas leak in the garage. Can't say enough good things about their help and service.

We had such an amazing experience with this company that I had to write a review. When I research companies for goods and services I give a lot of weight to reviews by actual customers.

My husband and I wanted AC for years, but always put it on hold due to finances. We had three companies come give us estimates. They were fairly similar in pricing. But we had a much better feeling about Michael and Diane with West Coast Hearing and Air. After the estimate we hemmed and hawed for quite a while and asked a million questions. They never pressured us at all and answered all of our questions. When we finally committed they helped us finance the project and got us on their schedule quickly.

Michael was very knowledgeable, was clean and tidy, performed high quality work, and delivered quality product. They still keep in touch and help us maintain our system.

Mike and his crew arrived on time. They were very professional. They showed me how to run my equipment. The thermostat they installed is very user friendly. The previous owners of our home invested in a highly rated, top of the line system which unfortunately was installed with corners cut and incorrect sizing. This resulted in the unit failing after only 8 years. We had several other companies out to give bids for replacement but WestCoast Heating came highly recommended by a few of our family members so we decided to give them a call. They did not disappoint! Michael was knowledge, friendly, and professional. He found several additional items wrong with the system that the other companies had missed. He performed very high quality work and was quick to get our system replaced (which we appreciated with 80 degree weather looming). We can’t recommend WestCoast Heating enough!

Mike did a great job letting me know my options, listen to me, and created a product that suited my needs and budget. I’m very impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of him and his staff. The best part was that he has a small shop in his truck and he was able to fabricate custom made fittings for my furnace The finished product is very clean looking. Michael is one of a kind!! My heating system went out last October. I was panicked because my husband was out of town and it was really cold in our house and later in the evening after work hours. Michael came out to our house within 15 mins. That was very impressive to me. He explained to me everything he was doing to help me understand what the problem was. I can’t thank him enough for how he helped us. We have not had a problem since. Also, the customer he has is outstanding!! I would never go to anyone else.
