I called WestCoast because of a friends recommendation. They got me on their schedule in just a couple of days for my non-urgent issue.
Michael was very knowledgeable, and kept looking and searching to fully understand what was wrong with my system. He fixed the immediate needs, and made a written list of other items to take care of in the spring when we turn on the A/C. He showed me everything he found, gave his opinion, and explained what we should to do in easy to understand language.
No pressure.

The employees of this company are professional and hard working. Worked for 2 days to solve our issue and get our heat back on after we had to go 2 weeks without due to Covid. They went above and beyond and we will have them back to install our new system when we have it done.
