Craig is an excellent and dedicated installer of HVAC equipment. His knowledge can't be beat and he really takes the time to understand the specifics of the job to make sure everything is working great.

His work with fresh air systems is very well thought out and he works on time and on budget.

Craig is a really nice guy. I really don't know if it's the product, a Daikin ductless heat pump, or a installation problem. Three years after installation, the unit still floods the basement every time we try to use the air conditioning. If we could get our money back and put in something else we would. We also have found no savings over using inexpensive space heaters in the winter. There's got to be something better than this for $15000.
