Our heat pump went out and I had called another company that just never showed up! At 6pm on a Saturday I called Thurman’s since I’m not equipped for 90+ degree weather and there’s an infant in the house. He got to my house 30 minutes after I called him. Was able to fix our heat pump and explain a little about maintenance of it to is. Plus it was extremely affordable! We will be customers for life.

I called to get an estimate to have a heating duct replaced in my home because one of my foster kids urinated in the vent causing it to smell horrible whenever the heat came on. I was given a quote over the phone and then found I needed a written estimate for the state to pay for the replacement. So I called him back and I asked if he could email me the estimate and I explained why. He told me that was a lot of hoops to jump through and too small of a job to do that with. He did however say that he would do it for the verbally quoted price if I desired. He stated he would only make $50 on the job and jumping through hoops wasn't worth it. I apologize that I am not having everything in my house replaced or it isn't a corporate type of job, but I would think one would be a little kinder to potential customers whether it was a $50 profit or a $5000 profit. I just know this company will never have my business or my recommendation to anyone I know or speak to.

Fantastic service. The first of 7 companies I called that would offer help on information about my furnace over the phone without charging for a technician to come out. Great people offering great service thanks!

When it seemed like my problem was minor, he talked me through it over the phone, free of charge. I will go to these guys for every furnace problem merely because they're just good and honest!

Has been servicing our heat pump for years, and has done an amazing job every time. Also, some of the best customer service my family has ever experienced.

Guy sounds nice but he never called me back and he never picks up his phone when I called him back. So all in all I can't say that I was happy. Still need that part too!
