Quick easy fix and easy to work with tech Joe Shreval. Very courteous and helpful with explaining on the issue and what he did to fix it. Also volunteer to check out the filter status when I hadn’t even asked to do so after fixing the AC problem to avoid any further issues. Thankful for all your help, honesty and kindness. Also the cost was more affordable and would recommend using again in the future. 😊Happy Customer 😇

Had heating and AC installed. Crew was very personable and respectful of property. They worked quickly and the job was done very professionally. Only gave 4 stars because after they left I noticed some screws and metal debris left over on the garage floor which could’ve done a number on my car tires had I not seen it. Overall though a very good experience.

We have hired Taylor Heating & Air Conditioning many times. They are amazingly professional in everything they have done for us. This is our third newly built home and we trust no one else to do electrical work!

The furnace/AC install wasn’t working correctly so we now have to spend the hottest weekend so far with no AC and on top of it we have no heat for the middle of the night when it gets cold. Our baby woke up last night freezing and screaming. We have to wait til Monday for a senior tech to come out and hopefully get it fixed that day… not happy right now. If this gets all fixed up then I will update my review.

Very happy with Donny, "the one and only". He helped us with our furnace replacement with accuracy, speed and care. He was extremely helpful in making the right decision based on numerous factors.

Based on his extreme sense of customer care. We chose to go back and get an AC also installed in the home.

Excellent service from initial phone call to completion of their visit. We did not have to wait long for their representative, Donny, to get to our home to start the process. They were able to assess our furnace and give us a quote of what our costs would be to repair or replace the furnace in a very professional and timely manner. I could tell Donny really knew what he was doing. He talked me through each step of the inspection and explained it all in a way that I could understand. Ultimately our furnace needed to be replaced and Donny guided me through this process as well. I am so glad we found Taylor Heating and AC online and would recommend them to anyone who would need their services.

We have had tremendous fortune using Taylor Heating recently. Chad Wittig and his crew were beyond exemplary in every way. They were professional and flexible with their prices always working with us each step of the way. They installed a brand new furnace for us with zero issues. They even gave and installed our ancient thermostat without charging us as an extra service for free. They explained their work every step of the way so we would clearly understand everything about it.
We noticed that one of the pipes was leaking a little and they came to our house immediately with no questions asked replacing the pipe right away with no charge. Everything was just hassle free and they make you feel comfortable so you don’t have to feel like you are going to be charged for every small item. We’ve worked with a lot of contractors in the past and some of them can become very petty when they charge for miscellaneous things like trip fees, parts, and 15 minutes of labor, etc. this is a no nonsense company that you can trust and hire.
I’ve gotten several quotes before hiring Taylor, and the only thing I was looking for was quality and price. If that’s what you’re looking for no need to waste anymore time and energy trying to pick the right one because quote shopping and scheduling can become overwhelming. Just go with these guys. Im definitely sending all of my hvac referrals to them from now on.

Lars was a joy to work with on getting an estimate for A/C. He was very patient, understanding, and very professional. I wish every company could employ people like him. I received a very competitive estimate and would recommend your company. Unfortunately I was not able to use your services as I received another slightly lower estimate and sooner delivery.

Once again the whole team was very professional and respectful. I have cats and they made sure they didn’t get out. Great workman ship, very efficient as well as the super job they did on cleaning up when the job was finished. This company has a very high rating and I would recommend them if you want the job done right.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Taylor Heating after having a new heat pump and furnace installed to replace my old electric furnace. Although the technicians who installed my new system were fantastic and professional, the service provided by the sales team and office staff was extremely unsatisfactory.
During the sales process, the manager promised that if I upgraded to the highest and most expensive model, I would be eligible for up to an $8,000 rebate. However, after several months of waiting to claim the rebate, the sales manager informed me that he could not remember the details and that he would get back to me upon his return to town. It has been two months since then, and I have yet to receive any update from him. It turns out that this rebate does not actually exist, and I have not received any compensation for this false promise.
Furthermore, when my furnace stopped working just two weeks after installation, I requested emergency repair service from Taylor Heating's office on a Friday afternoon in November, but nobody showed up. The temperature outside was freezing, and the inside of my home was below sixty degrees. I attempted to contact them on Saturday and Sunday but received no response. I finally received assistance on Monday. It turned out that the thermostat was not working correctly, and they installed their own. However, when I purchased a new smart thermostat and called them to come and install it, I was promised an estimate, but four months later, I have yet to receive any contact.
Overall, while the technicians who installed my system were great, the lack of follow-through and deceptive practices from the sales team and office staff make it difficult for me to recommend Taylor Heating to anyone.
