Original 1996 outlets in kitchen and dining room stopped working. The first company I called gave estimate of $16000 to rewire entire home.
I wiped the I Am Stupid sign off my forehead and gave Taylor Heating a try. Honest affordable pricing and excellent service installing new outlets 2 days after estimate. I will have them back for recessed lighting and ceiling fans.

Ryan was very polite and professional. He showed up on time and explained every detail of what we need done in a way that was easy to understand. He even went above and beyond by advising on other things we want to do in the future. Full stars, highly recommend.

EDIT 2/16/13: We had a really high electric bill for Nov/Dec and became more concerned when it went up for Jan/Feb. Turns out we had a leak and were down to less than 2lbs of refrigerant. Called Taylor to come out and Donny was who we initially spoke to to get everything set up and scheduled. David and Michael were our installers and they came 2 days later. We had to have a variety of things replaced! New heat pump, condenser, coil, line set, drain tube, condensation pump, and some duct work revisions. They spent most of the day here and they did an excellent job. Everything looks cleaner and more streamlined?? I think our old stuff was jerry rigged, to be honest. I probably annoyed them for most of the time, but I know so much more now about heat pumps. They were nice and friendly and answered all my questions and explained things in a way that made sense. They were respectful of our property and cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. Obviously the best part is that my house is now HEATING and I can keep it above 64°. Will continue to call these guys when needed.

(Nov 2021): The power went out a few days ago and when it came back on, the furnace did not. As soon as I realized that we weren't getting any heat, and tried checking the breaker, etc., I called Taylor and they had a guy out to our house less than 2 hours later. Turns out it was a blown fuse (which I now know how to replace on my own)! We have an old unit, so I went ahead and paid for the yearly maintenance. No complaints and I'll obviously be using them again!

I couldn’t believe how quickly I was able to get an appointment. Then with both the person who came to give the estimate and the team that did the work were kind, courteous and responsive to my concerns. In the end they came up with a solution that minimized any additional concerns. I would highly recommend this group of professionals to anyone needing electric repair done.

David & Michael just finished replacing our 20 year old furnace and installing brand new AC to go along with it. We’re thrilled with the whole process - they were both professional and courteous, and made sure we had all our questions answered and are clear on how everything works. Donny was also very helpful initially with helping us choose what setup would be right for us. I feel confident knowing we have a company we can rely on in the future.

First thing I noticed when I opened my garage door was a welcoming smile from Ron and a strong handshake. He was professional all the way through the appointment. He gave me a few different options to get my furnace fixed and also let me know about their financing offers. I would definitely recommend this company , with just the little bit I saw . 4 stars !!

Donny came out, earlier than expected, and found the root of the problem with our furnace popping breakers-which has been a never-ending problem since another company had installed this system in 2018.

Donny was very friendly, honest and informative. He got the furnace back in order, including finding a part that had worn out and was not functioning the way its supposed to. Am issue we would have ran into shortly down the road.

Chad and his team is awesome! As a contractor who needs emergency electrical, HVAC, and plumbing repair work done occasionally on my projects, it's great to have Chad and his team able to respond quickly and at a fair price. Many companies I've tried in the past will barely answer their phones, let alone to get to a project quickly. I highly recommend!

They will overcharge you once you give them your card. Poor communication. I would avoid them at all costs. Requested for a diagnosis charged me for repairs without authorization

Your response is totally inaccurate. The technician lied that I had approved and signed a contract before she could pay. She called me immediately and I called the the office only to met with a nonchalant manager. Totally unhappy!

Everyone did an amazing job and made the experience quick and easy. Every step along the way they listened to what we wanted and gave us the best options available without being pushy. Quote done by Chad was straight forward and informative and the quote was what we paid (no additional costs after the fact). Camryn and Wesley did a great job on the install, electricians were quick and efficient. We are definitely happy with our new system. I would recommend to friends, family, and neighbors.
