Overall the maintenance was good but not great . There was an mis communication with the scheduler. We had pre paid in advance for the service and the service guy never got the pre paid invoice . Also they didn’t have the filter size that was promised for the service .

First of all I will thanks to Nar Lopez to give a detailed explanation and comparison of different type of heat pump and give me the option to choose the right one that fits the budget and requirements. I would like to thank Daniel, Gabe and Paul McCray for making it smooth installation and also having resolve the issue with the thermostat cable and do the needful to get it running. The whole team did the job professionally and promptly without any hiccups.

Can’t say enough wonderful things about this company!! They installed a new furnace and an ac unit and the experience was what I expected…great!! From Nar to the guys who came out and worked all day to install everything. I always recommend this company to everyone I know! Thank you to all the employees at Taylor Heating! 😊. The customer service and expertise was great from scheduling to the technician, Thomas, that provided my HVAC diagnostic. They listened to understand what I was experiencing with my system and provided exceptional service to resolve. What they were unable to assist with due to a warranty with another company, I was given feedback and information on what needs to be addressed. The technician explained my system with some detail helping me to better understand the components, their functions and how I can help to maintain them. I plan to use Taylor Heating & AC for service and regular maintenance. Highly recommend.

We had Chad come out to give us an estimate for a A/C unit. We were very pleased with with the customer seevice. He got right to the point and took the time to explain to us all of our options and was very nice. We will be using Taylor Heating and AC very soon.

Taylor was great from the first meeting. They were helpful in answering questions that we had, and once we got our TPU loan approval, they were able to install our new heat pump the next day! They arrived promptly, were professional and walked us through everything we needed to know about the new system. All in all, it was a great experience and I’d recommend.

Daniel and his work partner (sorry I forgot his name) are great in what they do. They have solid knowledge and experience in installing HVAC and heat pump and they know how to explain technical terms in simple ways that an ordinary person can understand. And they are very professional.

Donny Roger's was awesome. A wealth of information. Educated me on how my furnace worked, walked me through his process. My 23yo furnace will need to be replaced soon, and they have my business for sure. I don't think I need to shop around anymore. I will also be using Donny for a rental unit for its furnace replacement. I am impressed.

My family and I have used this company multiple times and have always been given excellent service. Donny has came to our house twice in the last week and has saved the day both times! Donny has presented himself in a very professional and knowledgeable way and we greatly appreciate all that he’s done for us! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Rich was really friendly and professional and even explained what was going on with my wires in a way that I could understand. I thought he was great!
