Great customer service, very friendly! They do great work. They installed our furnace and heat pump, a couple of electrical outlets in the past and are in the process of replacing our water heater.

Taylor Heating & AC were able to squeeze me in as a house call at short notice. I'm especially grateful because I have an appointment for my furnance today with them!
Their Electrician team (Ryan and Rich) arrived to my home within just a few hours of me calling. It was a relief to have power back to the rest of the home. They were friendly and courteous. Looking forward to having our heat back on today.

My mom's old heat pump was having major issues. She called Taylor and a member came out (Donny)and diagnosed the problem. He explained our options and, after answering the questions I had, began setting up a full furnace and heat pump replacement. They set us up with, and helped push through financing for this major expense. The technician, Paul, and another technician came out and did the complete replacement. After he was done he explained everything from the equipment to the warranty. I am very satisfied with the service, her house is again warm and her electric bill will go back to normal.

The team demoed existing hvac system and installed new Daikin unit inside and out. Arrived on time. The install was neat and timely. Answered all my questions before they left. Overall very pleased.

Bar Lopez was our service technician and he was friendly and easy to discuss our needs. We had several responses to our service request but Taylor was the one who showed enough to concern to help on a timely basis. Ther are great! Roger S

*Diagnostic appointment*
Chad was fantastic! A previous company we had look at our unit told us the defrost control was broken. As it turns out it wasn’t the defrost control at all our heat pump is out. Unfortunately for us that is a much more expensive fix, but chad was able to help us with financing and provided enough explanation to help us understand exactly what we’re paying for and why.

Their salesperson Nar Lopez came to our house on a Sunday because our furnace had broken and we had no heat. He was wonderful with giving us all the information on replacing our system and financing options. In 2 hours from start to finish we were set with getting a new system. Will highly recommend this company and Nar Lopez!
