CM Heating is always extremely responsive, on multiple occasions their Technician's have gotten out to me the same day to get us back online!

Their technician, Adam, was very knowledgeable on ALL furnace brands, knew typical flaws and how to fix them. He got our furnace running great and provided good recommendations to improve our air quality in the home.

We have been reaching out to HVAC companies for bids for AC install. CM Heating was the third company we've dealt with and, by far, the most professional. Pricing was right in the middle, but no other company could come close on the level of engagement and the sheer number of guarantees offered by CM. In addition, Jeremiah and Sean were extremely knowledgeable and spent the extra time to make sure we had all of our questions answered. I truly appreciate the personal touch as well - coming to the house and taking the time to ensure that we were getting an estimate for the right kind of system based on our needs. Professional, knowledgeable and personal - at the right price. I really couldn't ask for more. The install is scheduled only a few weeks out as well, which I was super impressed by given supply chain issues. The other companies we've talked to were all several months out. No service performed yet - but so far I am very impressed with CM Heating.

Regis and Riley checked an odor issue and even went into the crawl space to make sure they checked thoroughly. In addition to all that, they were so nice, friendly and professional. I've used CM Heating for a number of years I have never been disappointed!

I've had CMheating come out to my house multiple times for servicing, as well as to install a new heat pump and furnace in the past few years. They went above and beyond to even conceal the heat pump hosing with trim that matched nicely with my house. Every estimate I have received from them has been very transparent, with the values and price points of each option well explained.

In my experience CMheating has taken care of me like family, offering next morning service (called them in the evening) when my old furnace started grinding in the winter.

I've never received so much unwavering professionalism within a single company before.

I highly urge you to give them a try, they won't disappoint.

Our furnace went out, I was able to get someone out a day and a half later, they diagnosed the issue and got it fixed fast, heat is back on! Paul and Dan were great!

I'll start by mentioning that our technician, Spencer, and his team, were great. I didn't speak with him much but he was polite and the work was professional and exceptional.

The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because I feel as though we were taken advantage of based on pricing.

Our home we purchased in 2020 and it still had the original furnace and AC units from when the home was built in 2003. So we knew the day would come when we had to replace them. We started gathering quotes a few months ago and we had quite a variety in pricing. Ultimately we decided to go with CM Heating because they offered the best warranty. I will say that they were kind, helpful, and honest through this entire process so I want it known that this is a good company, I just don't appreciate their price gouging.

So, to be transparent we paid $16.5k for both our new furnace and heat pump - roughly $10k was just for labor and warranty. I understand that this is a business and especially now, these are unprecedented times, and CM has to train/pay their employees and HVAC technicians adequately. However, when we made this appointment and did the financing, and we were told this would be an "all day job" - all day would mean 8 hours. Spencer was done with removal/install/instruction all in 4 hours. So, if you take the rough $10k we paid for labor and warranty, that means we paid Spencer and his team $2500/hour (yes, the warranty is priced in to the $10k but we don't know what the warranty alone cost). WOAH.

Myself and my Fiancé are not living large and we did our due diligence in finding companies and reading reviews, but this pricing definitely took us aback considering how much less time was spent at our home than we were quoted for. And therefore that is why we felt taken advantage of.

Every one I had contact with through the process was really helpful and professional. They had informative answers for all my questions and made the process easier for the future.
