Amir was exceptional.
He was so thorough and professional. Amir's testing was the best and most complete of any maintenance I have ever had in the past. He discussed his findings with me and took great notes for future technicians. Though his expertise we realized filters on the floor vents were making my furnace work harder and would cause my furnace to not work at full capacity. I can't say enough about how pleased I was with the service my furnace received from Amir. I give him 10 stars out of 5.

Can't believe I could have my issue furnace diagnostic and replaced in 2 days without excellent service I received from Alex Mills who is very experienced to troubleshoot my furnace and figure out furnace problems very quickly, he is very nice and efficient to provided me options, suggestions and helped me to schedule appointment with sales consultant Jay Milo who is also very nice and professional to explain everything to me and help me to choose the right furnace for my house, especially care about customers concerns and try to help to resolve, he is also very efficient to get everything settled to schedule next day installation. And today I had Logan Knollmeyer and Saul Benitez from installation team installed the new furnace for me. They are also very nice and professional to get everything done only in 4.5 hours which is amazing. I want to thank you all to help me to complete the whole project just in 2 days which is much beyond my expectation in this cold, high demand season. Much appreciated!

Not just once but first trouble shooting service call. Sales associate to provide estimate and the installation technicians. Job was completed in the timeframe they quoted.

Very professional and competent outfit. Luke Y. came out after my furnace stopped working. The furnace stopped working after another heating company quack tinkered with it. Luke systematically debugged the system, found the problem and fixed it . The other company "tech" had routed the ignitor wire improperly and it was arcing instead of getting the voltage to the ignitor, then thrown up his hands and said I needed a new furnace and left. After fixing the ignitor wire routing, Luke ran thorough diagnostics and gave me a detailed assessment. I highly recommend them.
