I am so amazed with the high quality of service, professionalism and friendliness that I have received from Christian with CM heating.
He made sure he understood exactly what I needed. He went through all the options available with finding a Generator that was a fit for my needs.
He did not try and upsell me. He made sure that I understood the process from beginning to end. He took the time to answer all of my questions.
Because of the stellar service I had received from Christian today I will be sure to go to CM heating for any applicable services I may need in the future.

This was my first experience with CM Heating, and I will definitely use them again! Service tech Riley Vance was great! He was very personable and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I had a lot of questions, too, since this was the first service for the furnace in my new home.

Andria was on time, thorough and personable. She spent a couple of hours going through our system and explaining it to my wife. I was held up at work and she was able to wait for me to get home to give us both a detailed description and bid.

Dane was very professional and assessed the issue we were having with our furnace quickly. He explained things clearly to us and got the new parts ordered on the spot. Great experience!

So happy CM is doing fireplaces again! We really needed ours serviced. After almost 4 years, our fireplace that CM installed still works great. Happy to see John Lewis again. Always great and friendly service.

CM Heating had previously installed a new furnace with A/C and upgraded thermostat. They were really great, professional and quick. I saw something that didn't look right to me and tech Kat came to check on it. After she explained the reason why to me, i was completely satisfied. Thank you.

CM Hearing installed our HVAC before we purchased the house. When I called, they quickly updated their records to show us as the new homeowners. They offered a next day appointment for a tech. Before my call was finished, they made sure we had alternate sources of heat.

Our tech, Chris, arrived before the appointment time window and got right to work. He was careful to keep our house clean as he worked inside, outside and in the garage. Chris kept us updated on his progress as he searched for the problem.

When Chris was finished, he updated us on our thermostat and some things that it can do that we didn't know about. Before leaving, Chris made sure we were satisfied and that any questions were answered.

Dan was prompt and friendly. He had no problem explaining what he was doing and how the repairs worked on my system.
CM Heating has been great from the folks in the office to the people in the field.
