King's heating is top notch! We researched air conditioning companies and they set themselves apart with their professionalism, knowledge, quality and value! We can't recommend them enough! They went out of their way to accommodate us! From beginning to end the experience was đź’Ż!!! The install crew was fantastic!! They took the time to explain what they were doing and kept everything neat and tidy! We are so excited to use our new air conditioning system!! Thank you, Kings!! We have used Kings over the years for our furnace service.
We recently had Mike, Bo, and Justin come out and install a brand new AC system for our house. Mike brought 50 years experience with him. Bo brought over 15 years experience. Both Mike and Bo come with other family in this industry. Along with Justin, the three of them delivered professional craftsmanship and finished in just under 8 hours.
Ben then came out and fine tuned the cooling system and thermostat. He was also very experienced, courteous and professional. We highly recommend Kings!

Ben came out to look at my heat pump and did an amazing job of fixing and explaining what was wrong the day after I called. He was honest and forthright. He went above and beyond to make sure I new how to best take care of my heat pump going forward (he drew on my heat filter drawer which way the arrow goes). I cannot recommend Ben and Kings Heating enough.

I was very pleased with my installation experience for my new Carrier furnace yesterday. The crew that came was on time, friendly, took care to keep the space clean around where they were working, and to avoid damages to my house as they moved the equipment around. Despite the snow and cold temperatures they were able to complete the job in half a day and the system is working great this morning! I appreciated this company’s professionalism in giving a thorough and honest quote for the job, especially noticing a venting problem, that no other company caught when they came to bid, and their offer of free zero interest financing for one year right on their website. Overall a great experience, and I would recommend them to any residential homeowner. Thank you so much!

A shout out to Ben L. who was the technician that came to address my problem that I called about yesterday. He was knowledgeable, professional and very informative. After thoroughly checking my aging furnace and even looking at the exhaust on the roof he discussed all the possibilities with me for repair or replacement. He answered any questions I had and made suggestions as to options going forward.
King's heating is lucky to have Ben and he will help them maintain excellent quality of service and knowledge.

I went with King's off a recommendation for central A/C and a replacement furnace. Mike and Patrick were extremely helpful throughout the installation process. They went above and beyond to make sure the outdoor unit was placed where I wanted even though it meant running new lines, and the result couldn't be better.

I cannot recommend this company enough. We used them for our hot water heater replacement, heater maintenance, heater trouble shooting, and now the replacement of our heater and installation of AC with new thermostat. Beau Sacle and Josh Hopkins were the team that did the installation and they were great. There were on time and friendly, I did not have to lock up the dog as they were friendly towards him. The installation took two days and there were professional and cleaned up after very well, you could not tell they were here aside from the appliances. They were very patient and answered all my questions, even while being interrupted by a toddler. This is a great company with fantastic employees.

Kings installed my gas furnace a couple years ago. I had them back out to service the furnace and they tech was very polite and professional. He took the time to discuss future service options and shared what he observed while giving it a "tune up". I appreciated his honest feedback and there was no pressure to sign up for future services.

We have used King’s several times over the years (Chris Lenihan is a big reason for this) and they have always exceeded our expectations - we always go back to them for our HVAC needs. We recently had an AC unit installed and Mike, Padric and Justin did a fantastic job with the installation (it was in a small and cramped space that required some customized venting; even the inspector was impressed!). They also went above and beyond to provide a clean and finished look by covering areas of drywall that needed to be removed for venting and plumbing. We always recommend King’s to our friends and family because they are honest, very responsive and their staff are always professional and knowledgeable. We also appreciate that they are a family-owned business and not a chain…we always feel that they are looking out for us and not just for themselves.
Update: AC unit would shut off after running for a while even though it hadn’t reached the desired temp. Called King’s and they quickly sent out Ben L to troubleshoot. Ben did a fantastic job looking for the cause and found that the manufacturer’s installation manual for how to plumb the overflow safety valve was incorrect! In short, the overflow valve was turning off the unit! The installers mentioned above followed the installation manual perfectly; unfortunately, it was the manual that was incorrect! I was also impressed that Ben was in contact with his manager to update him on the problem so that the manufacturer (Carrier) could be notified of the error in their manual. Once Ben re-plumbed the problem, the unit has been working perfectly. Very, very satisfied with how all of this was handled! Thank you.
