The crew, particularly Josh and Padric, were professional and so respectful! They communicated with me at every step of the process and did everything possible to keep the workspace in my home clean. They were timely and efficient and even took the time to try and calm my mostly blind dog down! Thanks King's!!!

KingsHeating installed a Mitsubishi Ductless Heat Pump system in my house as my main source of heating and cooling. They installed it about a year ago and I have nothing but great things to say about Kings. The install crew did an amazing job. Everything is straight and clean. The system keeps my house warm in the winter and cool in the summer plus it’s very energy efficient. If you’re looking for any heating or cooling for your home Kingsheating is the way to go!

Eight days ago our furnace stopped working. I called several places to come out and look at it. King's was the only one who was willing to squeeze us in, every other company said they couldn't because they were too busy. King's made it a priority because we were without heat and have a baby. They sent someone out the next day. Richard called ahead to ask if he could come early, was thorough, and explained our options to fix or replace. We knew it needed to be replaced soon since it was over 20 yrs old. We opted for that option and King's sent someone to give us a quote that very afternoon. Bi came, was friendly, also thorough, and spent his evening finishing up the quote so we could have it ASAP to make our decision and get a new furnace in quickly. We decided to finance for 12 months with no interest. Michaela made sure we got all the documents signed and approved in time for them to install today, a Saturday! Mike and Michael agreed to work on a Saturday to get our family heat. They arrived early this morning and did an amazing job, started their work with no power (power outage), explained everything, installed our Nest thermostat, and left everything clean. I am truly grateful and amazed at how kind everyone is at King's and how much they went out of their way. Truly grateful and very happy with the service. Definitely recommend.

I recently finished my employment with kings heating to peruse a career in the elevator industry. This company is by far one of the best HVAC companies I’ve ever worked for. Their dedication to being honest and fair is unique from my experience. It’s hard to find a company that is true to family values, and this company holds this very dear to their heart. We had Ryan come out and service two furnaces today in a duplex that we just bought that hadn’t been looked at in 6 years so we were nervous! From the estimate process with B, scheduling the service and discussing financing options with Michaela to the great furnace installation by Josh and Michael, everyone at Kings has been very knowledgeable and helpful in our furnace replacement. Josh and Michael were able to fit us in a day ahead of schedule and get the job done fast! It was also nice to hear them whistling while they worked and being friendly with our dog. We feel well taken care of! Highly recommend!
