Josh and Jack did a great job, they explained why my old AC unit wasn't working as well as it should have been before it died, they also gave me options when the replacement unit would have taken up most of my walkway between my house and my fence. The installation quality was good and they were very professional.

I have to rave about King's Heating and Air Conditioning! The whole team is amazing and the technicians they sent out on THREE different jobs I had for them. A new furncace and A/C at my house with some duct work as well. And a furnace and A/C at two contracting jobs I lead.
Mike and Mike went above and beyond to finish up my A/C installation just before a hot weekend and did it with class and professionalism. Clean work site and when they were done answered all my questions and more.
Josh came back to do a separate job on some duct work and also solved some tough problems creatively and professionally - and it looks great in a very visual area.
Each of the guys sent to do something were knowledgeable and great workers!
Chris the salesman is a pleasure to have come to your home and definitely knows his stuff. And Mikahla (sp?) in the office is fabulous to work around crazy scheduling and timing requests.

I would highly recommend them and as General Contractor, will be using them on all my jobs!

A couple of years ago Chris came out to Troubleshoot our 18 year old furnace & fixed it on the spot. So it was without a doubt we would have Kings put in a new furnace & AC unit. Very honest & helpful right down to
Makayla the receptionist. It was a two day job for Mike & Michael. They did amazing work. Answering all my questions and giving me a run-through on how to use the new AC. The completed project is tidy, elegant, and very easy to use and access.

I was a contractor myself for a number of years. I must say your company is what companies strive to be, but seldom are.
Everything went according to schedule ( which is a big plus these days).
I must say your tech’s Josh and Michael are a valuable asset to your business. Their knowledge, work ethic, and professionalism were top notch ( what every employer wished they had )! Not to mention a hostile 134 deg. attic to work in. I never heard a single complaint from them! What a dedicated pair of guys.
The install was a thing of beauty. They walked me thru all aspects of the job. Showed me what they were doing and why. Also, taught me how the system worked, and tips I needed to know.

We had an A/C disaster off hours. I called Kings and they responded immediately to offer troubleshooting. When that didn’t fix the issue, they called me first thing the next am and managed to fit in a diagnostic visit that day. They sent out a representative (Nick S) who was incredibly nice, very professional and super competent. He diagnosed and fixed the problem. I’ve used Kings before and have been pleased but this was really exceptional. A+

AC installation was great thanks to Andrew, Michael, Mike, and Bee. The team was professional, covering surfaces and tidying up. AC cools the house really well and the outside paneling looks good. Appreciate the great work, highly recommend!

Phew AC just in time for the smoke season, thanks for an expert install. These guys didn't treat me like an idiot. Pssst, they like doughnuts. We've hired a handful of contractors since moving into our neighborhood, most need my supervision due to the lack there of. Not these guys, they are slick, smooth, well oiled, and most of all communicative.

Had some issues with the aircon unit itself, but Kings has been very accommodating, as they worked with the supplier to gets things square. I thank the technicians that installed and serviced the unit, including Josh and Mike!

Nick came out to look at our furnace for a second opinion. He was friendly, professional and quick to help. He saved us from replacing out furnace as the first company suggested. Nick fixed it on the spot!

Ryan was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He taught me about the HVAC system and preventative maintenance. He did not push unnecessary products and was very helpful in helping us select the right options to keep our older system running. Thanks!
