These guys are okay I guess, but be prepared that they will up sale you on anything they can find that might or might not be wrong with your unit. Its the same way that when you get your oil changed the quick oil change companies will tell you that you need new filters, a transmission fluid exchange, new wipers, tire rotation, etc. I lived in the south for over 20 years (MS, La) in three different houses and not one time did I have problems with my A/C. Move to WA and have had my unit 8 years (bought the unit new), and have had more added fixes, or maintenance work on my A/C. Just beware when these guys come to 'service' you.

My experience with Kings Heating and Air Conditioning was amazing. Josh H and Padric do amazing work. They did a great job to keeping my house clean. My dogs loved them and kept them supervised all day. I would highly recommend this company.

We had used Kings years ago to install a new AC unit as well as regular maintenance. Shoutout to Chris! We recently had them help us with our heating. I have to say they are a breath of fresh air! From the costumer service over the phone (Selena), inspectors(Chris), to the repairman (Ryan), you name it… every single person we encountered was top notch! It’s nice to have people that actually care and are extremely knowledgeable about what they do and their products. They don’t pressure you and they truly help you find the best solution to your needs. I can not recommend this company enough. No price gouging. We got several estimates and they are by far the best and most competitive, but honestly they make you feel comfortable spending your money on products and services that will last. Today Kings heating came out to service my Heatpump/airconditioner. Ben, the technician is super knowledgeable, he answered all my questions. He clean up the unit inside and out. He also walked me through the controll panel helping me set up the schedule, which was really helpful. Thank you, Ben at Kings Heating, great job.

Our AC went out. We called Kings, as we have done for 20 years, and they were absolutely responsive. Appointment much sooner than expected during a run of hot days. They answer the phone quickly and with a smile in their voice. The techs are knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone listens before speaking. And they leave with a great explanation of what the problem was and how they fixed it. And they call in backup if it's an unusual situation. We could not ask for a better HVAC company to service our AC and furnace.

We hired Kings Heating for our AC install and everything went so smoothly! Quick responses, quick install window, and now this summer is going to be so much easier to handle! Kings heating installed a new furnace, heat pump, air scrubber, and ductwork throughout my whole house. Their employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure to keep me up to date on each step of the installation process. I would recommend their services to anyone.

I had Kings come out diagnose my furnace they were very knowledgeable and professional. I ended up having to get my blower motor replaced. They went over what warranties were available through the manufacturer. No high pressure sale they were very honest and transparent about what my furnace needed to get my heat back on as soon as possible. They also mentioned my mid efficiency furnace was over 20 years old and should be replaced soon. They sent a comfort advisor out the following day Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful on offering me numerous options from comparable equipment to higher efficiency equipment. I will definitely be using Kings for all my HVAC needs!!

Kings truly knows their stuff in the HVAC industry! They properly educated me on all equipment needed for my home and even talked to me about potential rebates I could qualify for if I switched to an all electric system vs a high efficiency gas furnace system. They went over indoor air quality accessories and diligently followed up on any questions I had about those items that can attach right to the ducting of my home! I never felt pressured to choose the highest quality equipment. They gave me honest answers without the heavy sales push. They are family owned and operated and have great leads who custom build metal to make specific adjustments to the ducting and ventilation in my home! Highly recommend them!

We have heat! Thank you to everyone at Kings for helping us get our heat back! A few days ago, our furnace broke and Josh from Kings immediately walked us through how to troubleshoot our furnace. We ended up needing a new gas valve and they sent us out a technician the next day. Justin was very professional and fixed our furnace - we can’t thank him enough! Since our furnace is very old, and we’ll be needing a replacement soon, he also provided us with quotes and options for the future. It was extremely helpful to see what the costs and different options we have so we can plan ahead. Overall a great experience and highly recommend the team at Kings! Thank you!!
