Innovative Comfort Systems Inc

Innovative Comfort Systems is amazing. We originally used them to install a ductless heat pump system in our house. They were reasonably priced and were able to fit us in to their schedule very quickly. Their team was clean and professional. And they took time to consider the positioning of the mini-splits so that they would line up with existing window and trim lines.

Most importantly, when one of our mini-splits ended up going a bit rogue and overheating a room, they came out multiple times to help us trouble shoot and ended up installing a thermostat that fixed the problem. As soon as we started having issues, they were responsive and fast.

We then had our water heater go out. They sent someone over the very day we called to take a look and confirm that our water heater needed to be replaced. They then were able to get someone to come two days later to install the water heater. We had called around to several other places who had much longer lead times, but with a toddler at home, we couldn't be without hot water for that long.

I would recommend Innovative for all your heating/HVAC needs. Their customer service and follow-up is superb.

We were looking to have a heat pump installed Thomas came by the same day I called and forwarded me an estimate with two options the next morning. We opted to go with the Bosh heat pump. It was $1,000 more, but the variable speed fan makes it a lot quieter which we felt was worth it to keep peace with the neighbors. Once we made the decision to go with Innovative they were able get us scheduled for a 1 day installation within the next 9 days. The installation team of Kevin and Gary along with Trent from Rhema Electric were considerate, friendly and professional. It was a long day for them, but they got the job done and there were no hidden costs. We are very pleased with the job and definitely recommend the company.

Innovative Comfort Systems was really great to work with and were incredibly flexible and accommodating to our needs. We needed multiple quotes for a heat pump and Josh was great fulfilling those requests. We picked them because of 6 that we consulted, Innovative Comfort Systems provided the most features that we wanted for the price they offered. The work their technician performed was clean and very good, and the staff is very courteous. We recommend this company.

Innovative Comfort Systems installed AC unit into my current venting system. The took two days but did an excellent job and left the areas clean and debris free. They also confirmed the location of the exterior unit before installing it. Overall job well done. Thomas was always there to answer questions and followed up after the install. They also priced below competition and helped with financing.

Very happy with my experience w/Innovative Comfort Systems. - Thomas is 100% reliable, available, conscientious and aiming to please - he's remarkable! The Installation went smoothly and Paul was unobtrusive and respectful during the installations of furnace and A/C compressor. They were the BEST of the SEVEN bids i'd received - both in availability, quality of product offered and price was reasonable. Very glad that i made the right choice.

We did our due diligence and got multiple bids for our full home reno. I was honestly blown away by all Thomas did for our family. Not only did we get the very best price, but he didn't cut any corners on quality and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had the right HVAC system we needed for our home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Innovative Comfort. Quality and price are most important to me, but I also appreciated that Thomas was personable and very quick in responding.

Excellent service, vast knowledge, and not hot to sell you something you don't need. I worked with Thomas Ngo and team to have an air purifying system installed, and I couldn't have hoped for a better transaction. Innovative Comfort folks were on time, ready to work, and super friendly. Also, they were clean, which I like. There's almost nothing more aggravating than a service company representative (plumber, HVAC, electrician, etc,) who looks like they just crawled out from under their truck coming in and walking away leaving black hand-prints on the walls. Very conscientious of the homeowners property. Our cost was exactly as quoted, and the equipment works as advertised. After having the air purifying system (Air Scrubber) installed, we were so impressed with the company we called them when we needed a water heater replacement. Same level of service, same consistent pricing, same cleanliness, same great customer service. I highly recommend Thomas Ngo at Innovative Comfort Systems....He's a great representative for a great company.

Great service! My furnace stopped heating this morning. I called in the morning and it was fixed by 3:30. They were responsive when I called, offered some things I could try while they worked their schedule, and called me back within timeframe promised. Technician showed up when promised and was friendly, competent and fast! Rates were great, too.

Always professional, courteous, thorough and takes time to explain stuff. I've been using these guys for hvac and water heater maintenance for three years and am pleased with their level of service. Our technician went the extra mile to get a bosch part under warranty and was patient throughout the entire ordeal.

They fixed the problem. However, they stacked up their diagnostic and callout fees over multiple visits in such a way that 1 hour of actual labor removing/replacing warranty parts (free from the manufacturer) on a water heater turned into a $500 bill. If that sounds reasonable to you then hire them. If not, look elsewhere.

Just informing prospective customers of the final cost (after all of their added fees) for one (1) hour of actual remove/replace labor. And I do stand corrected, it was $484 plus tax for a total of $533.61. One data point to help folks make their own value assessments. 🤷🏻‍♂️
