Aharon Temple & another technician arrived right on time and very quickly found the problem. At first blush they were worried as my Lennox ductless model no longer had the repair parts necessary for the job.
But they immediately went to check on the lower fuse box next to the exchanger unit and found two blown fuses. Replaced them with much better updated fuses. Great guys and very knowledgeable and efficient

I recommend to keep looking, and skip Brennan. They installed a tankless water heater for me, and they didn't properly isolate it from the wall it's hung on, so every time it's being used it sounds like a sports car revving in the garage. They came out several times to try and fix the issue with silly solutions like putting cork behind it, and never actually fixed the issue.

Also, apparently there are multiple options when it comes to water heaters, and there are some that keep the water hot in the pipes so that hot water is instantly available. I was not given any options, and found this out after the fact by a different company.

I used this company to install both Furnace and Water Heater in our home. Exactly 6 years later now water heater is leaking. I contacted the compnay, hoping they will inform me about warranty information and what is covered since water heaters last for 15+ years. I was told that they don't even service water heater if it is not service thru them for 5 years. Although the person who installed water heater told me that these new water heaters don't need any maintance. Now I'm searching for some other company to fix the issue, forget about warranty.

Don't do it! Do not have this company out to your property.
They have failed in every aspect, Except taking money they did not earn, from us.
We had worked with this company for many years, having them service our generator, furnace and heat pump religiously.
This year, 2022, we Initially had them come out to perform maintenance service on the HVAC system and generator. They added 2lbs of coolant to the system and performed "maintenance".
After they came out and serviced the system(which WAS working when they showed up), and we bought into their "Preferred Customer Program", The system began locking the heat pump out with a high pressure error code.
They sent another Tech out who reset the codes and got the system working(band aid repair), no diagnostics were done on the system. It locked out again the same night.
The original tech returned, ran diagnostic tests and said TVX valve bad. That they would contact us with a price quote to replace both TVX valves.
AND as Preferred Customers ... we Never heard from them again, and our system is still locked out with US, resetting the system now, every morning.

They installed a furnace for me 15 years ago, with an unstable filter holder that kept falling over. I had a handyman build a more secure system for it. Now I'm ready to put in a new furnace and wanted to get an estimate. Their phone system is completely messed up. There is no way to reach them or leave a message. Their national number doesn't call back, and their local number can't take a message. Imagine if you were needing service! Luckily at this point I have the option of going elsewhere.

Technician arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. Excellent service!

Recently had a heat pump installed by Sergio, Dylan, and Riley. Excellent, professional service. Highly recommend this install team!

Unfortunately, we have a heat pump that was installed by Brennan. It has gone out. Left a nessage with them 9 days ago and were told they were extremely busy and they would be in touch. Checked in 4 days later and were told we were at the top of their list. Called on Friday and were told they woukd call us back. I have tried all day today and still no response. I get you are busy, but just tell us you really don't wabt to respond and I will get on some other waiting list. Super disappointing, especially in record heat.

The Brennan office representative was pleasant & professional. Their Service Representative was FANTASTIC! Prompt, professional, pleasant, clean, (this is during COVID times), wore his appropriate facial covering (the entire time he was here) & foot coverings. We didn’t have to ask him to do so, thank you Brennan!
(BUT, on a different note-the following is NOT the BRENNAN Representative!
Do NOT recommend the company: Final Phase Inspection-Travis H arrived @ our front door UNmasked, during COVID TIMES-then showed his disdain for our asking him to wear facemask at all times plus even when within 3’ of us wouldn’t cover his nose with mask, and shoe coverings, nope!

‘Final Phase Inspection-Travis H’ not having been a good choice by someone who chose them ‘for us’!!!
