We had a great experience with Brennan installing our new mini-split, ductless heat-pump/AC system. Went through Costco so we also got 10 percent back in the form a cash card. Paul, our sales person came out and recommended a 2.5 ton system for our log cabin - he didn't over sell us on a bigger system like 2 other HVAC companies tried to do with their bids. Also, the Brennan bid came in way less than the other two (do your diligence and get 2-3 bids is what my Dad taught me). The crew that came out to install was also top-notch and super friendly, I highly recommend Brennan for their service, professionalism, value and quality of equipment they sell.

Brennan Heating & AC was phenomenal to work with. They sealed our ducts and improved the efficiency by 95%. Honestly changed how we heat and cool our house. The team was thorough, they cleaned up after themselves and even left it better than they found it. They are all time, and I couldn't recommend them enough!

After searching for a company willing to service LG HVAC systems, we found Seatown Plumbing first who gave us an outrageous quote that, even to a novice when it comes to AC, seemed fishy. After calling Brennan and working with Andrew to get a second opinion, I feel much more confident with the solution he proposed, as he talked me through his process and findings every step of the way. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. Hope I don’t see Andrew around too often, but will happily welcome him back in our home anytime we have an issue. Thank you Andrew C. and Brennan Heating!

Asked to get a quote for a Heatpump, salesman came out and was great, said we would needed a new furnace as they wouldnt work with the older ones, I said that was fine as ours is old. When it was time to finance i signed up for the 18month 0 interest, i got the contract from the finance company they use and it wasnt correct. Brennan told me i needed to contact the financing company, which then they told me i need to contact Brennan to get it resolved, eventually it did. Next at day of install im informed they have an AC unit and not a Heat pump as was discussed, i was told it would be an extra couple thousand dollars and a couple weeks before they could get the heatpump, so i just told them to put in what they had brought, which means i cant get any of the heatpump rebates i was hoping to get. Install went great the crew did a fantastic job. But Brennan charged me for duct cleaning which was not done, so i once again asked if they could either remove the charge or come out and do it. I was told they would try to get someone out there and would let me know. Well they never scheduled with me, but scheduled someone on a Tuesday at 8am to come clean the ducts, which is while i am at work. So all in all i am happy with the product and the install, but not very happy with all the administrative and planning side from this company.
Update 7/5/23
Brennan rescheduled my duct cleaning with me for a time that would work, and the tech Brayan did an incredible job, went above and beyond by sealing some of my registers that had some pretty bad leaks. The system is working great and install and duct cleaning were superb. Thank you for making things right. Great company.

We hired Brennan Heating & Air Conditioning in 2/3/21 to install three Carrier ductless mini split units and heat pump for $16,000. We had annual maintenance by Brennan done in February 2022 to keep our labor and parts 5 year warranty valid.
On 11/27/22, our unit completely failed. With temperature lows between 27 and 39 degrees, we immediately called Brennan and left a message with their answering service asking for a service provider to come out as soon as possible. We were in an emergency situation with no heat, freezing temperatures, and two small children. After calling and leaving a voicemail for their service department on 11/27 we received a call back around 8:30 PM on 11/28 to schedule us for a “service technician to come take a look” 15 days later on 12/13. When asked Brennan what we were supposed to do for the next two weeks without heat the person on the phone didn’t reply and hung up.
We continued calling and leaving message after message to try and get in touch with a service provider to get some clarity on why it would take two weeks to get to us when nine days later on 12/5 we finally were able to talk to a member of their service department. On 12/5, a member of their service department reiterated they could not send anyone out to help us until 12/13, another 8 days later. I reconfirmed our situation - that we had no heat at all, we have two small children, that our unit was less than 2 years old with annual maintenance completed by Brennan, and that the temperatures in our home were in the 50s and it was uninhabitable and asked them to please help us.
The service department member said they had staffing issues and refused to come out any earlier. He said if it were him and his family, he’d hire another company to help service the unit and get the heat working faster and then try and get Brennan to pay us back.
So, that’s exactly what we did. We hired another HVAC company to come out (and they did in less than 36 hours) and it turned out that Brennan had used a faulty 3rd party flare part not provided or recommended by Carrier (we confirmed this directly with Carrier) for the installation on our heat pump unit which failed and caused a major refrigerant leak rendering the heat pump useless and causing its failure (see attached photo, damaged flare in center). The HVAC company we hired said Brennan’s installation was “shoddy and cut corners in several places likely to speed up the installation so they could move onto the next install.”
Almost $3,000 later and 15 days without heat in freezing temperatures, we got our unit fixed and up and running again. We went back to Brennan and asked them to pay for the repairs to our almost new unit which was covered under warranty and they refused. We provided all the documentation to show them what needing fixing and they told us “you should have let us come out and fix it ourselves” as if we had not called them several times a day for 15 days asking them to do just that. Brennan expected us to patiently freeze in our own home until they decided it was a good time for them to fix their own mistake. Our trust in them to do any professional work on our unit is completely gone.
Because they refused to pay, we now we are heading to small claims court. I would never, ever, recommend this company. They left us without heat in the middle of winter, prioritizing new revenue and new installations (which we saw and documented when we were driving around town, Brennan trucks installing new heat pumps in unoccupied, partially completed, new housing) while we waited for a call back.
This is beyond a staffing issue, it is a poor quality workmanship and poor customer service issue. I hope that by reading this review it will save you from making the same mistake we did in trusting Brennan to do a quality installation and to stand behind their work with their 5-year parts and labor guarantee that boasts to, “Simply call our award-winning service department. Our service technicians are on stand-by, ready and willing.”

Many thanks to the team at Brennan for installing a heat pump in our home. Martin and his team of Miguel, Riley and Ryan were prompt and professional. I really respect how they worked together to give us a new beginning to make the home more comfortable. Paul helped us decide on the best system and Bernice made the paperwork effortless. Brennan is the best!

Had a mini split installed on 4/1. Installers hands down great workers and people! Wife even made them lunch. They were a pleasure and professional and clean.
After not getting an invoice for a month I followed up with the company to get a status. I had this project financed and the bank got their invoice and submitted payment.
During my call with the office I let them know that I still didn’t have the mechanical permit and the inspection had yet to be completed. Additionally since working with the team on their proposal and the contract I have been asking to get a service contract set up to stay in compliance with the warranty. Still nothing.
Yesterday I leaned that the finance short paid them by $90. I was called and told I needed to pay now and what CC would I like to use.
I said oh thanks for calling could you please tell me the status for the mechanical permit/inspection as no permit was sent with the package and also let me know about service and a service contract.
No information was made. An email was sent because I do not want to pay the $90 until the project is completed and closed out with the final inspection.
Updates will be done as this project gets completed and the company gets their final $90. Project finished and closed out I will happily pay.
Overall other than installation not a good experience and will be reaching out to Costco!

Completely unprofessional
First I called them for annual maintenance. Their technician came and he said oh I see an error code I cannot touch it until I repair that and he charged me 200 extra and the repair took him 1 min and he didn’t even want to tell what was the problem.
Then he insisted on upwelling me their air duct cleaning. So I went ahead because I wanted to do air duct cleaning anyways. I payed for the air duct cleaning upfront. I scheduled them to come for the service I paid for. They ghosted me and never showed up. Not even a phone call. Then I tried calling them to see what happened and they said we will check and call you back. No one called me back. This happened a couple of time.
So I highly don’t recommend them at all. Stay away if you want to save your money and time

Called Brennan yesterday morning because our AC had stopped working. They fit us in same day, arrived within the estimated window, and Damon was able to get us up running and provided helpful advice to keep our unit from going down in the future. All on an 87° day. Thank you!

The Brennan Heating and AC team was composed of 4 workers: Installer, HVAC technician, electrician, and a helper. They took out the 30 years old electric air handler and heat pump and installed a new Lennox system. One challenge they had was to connect the existing duct work to the new system. They struggled but persevered. I have to commend the installer for how he handled the frustrating task of connecting the unit. The electrician ensured we were up to code by installing an outlet accessible to the heat pump. The technician informed me that the hole through the foundation for the pipes from the heat pump to the air handler was not large enough to accommodate foam insulation. But it wasn’t a significant heat loss. The helper was attentive to the other’s needs. Standing by and stepping in to assist when needed. They worked as a coordinated team which was satisfying to watch. They cleaned up the debris and scraps and took the old dirty system away. Scheduled in April is an air duct cleaning. The system is quiet and heating well. The COSTCO cash card coming in a couple weeks is a plus.
