Buyers beware. They are great to schedule consultation and installation but that’s where it stops. My $14,0000 system has been installed for just over a year. Repair called in for AC within a few months after install. Furnace failed 8 months after install and now my AC is not working again when we are at 98-100 outside. Nobody responds, they don’t care about you after they have your money. Will be contacting Costco and BBB.

This is a contractor we wanted to love. The people--generally very friendly, seemingly good communicators in person or on the phone. The downfalls: No one manages your project start to finish. This is an operational problem that company management needs to understand that nice employees can't fix on their own. On the surface it seems OK for home owners to schedule their own permits after installs ... but when no one at the company gives you consistent information about which permit should come first ... and then it snows ... and then the company says they will schedule the permit inspections for you ... and then no one gets back to you ... and the installation caused a communication failure between the thermostat and your current, expensive, working furnace so you can't adjust the temperature in your own house (either freezing you or cooking you and your pets) ... and when you report this in email and by telephone as needed ... and no one seems to have noted that you need to be put on a schedule or offers to ... it's a sign of major problems. Brennan can and should be doing better. If you're not keen on managing contractors and being disappointed that your simple "one-day" install has no end in sight seven (7) weeks later then you want to stay far away from Brennan. Communication is key. Even when the news is tough. It's not acceptable to not give your clients any dates at all. It's like we're all thrown into a hopper so you (Brennan) can keep juggling balls in the air--to your advantage not your clients'. If our permitting is ever addressed I still don't even know if the install was done correctly and how any corrections will go. All of this is a real shame as some simple training and operational inputs would make a huge difference.

I've been communicating with them for 9 months trying to get central air conditioning through Costco. If I don't email and call them multiple times, all communication comes to a stop. I'm even waiting for a callback now for the past two months of how they will get the system to fit. My pregnant wife was mad.

I've gone with another company, All Climate, and got central air conditioning in under 2 months now, and never needed to call or email multiple times. My wife and I are happy and cool now. They've figured out how to make the system fit on the first visit in half an hour and it has passed Redmond permitting and inspections.

I know others had good experiences with Brennan, but I hope they can do better!

Lennox Furnace/ac installed Jan 2019 for cost of $13,500

Been 2.5 weeks since first service request January 19, 2022. Service showed up twice to repair, and still is not fixed. It works for anywhere 2 days to 7 days then I get the error code 228 pressure switch failure. This switch has been replaced, all venting pipes checked, I was told that maybe the drain box may need to be replaced. When I get this error code the heat is shut down and now I can’t get ANY call back from Brennan, just the sound of frost crackling in my house. I left 4 calls so far. Very, very, VERY poor customer communication. I bought through Costco and wish I never did.

Update 02/23/22 - Updated stars from 1 to 3. Well, last week the drain collection box and drain trap was replaced with new parts. Parts still under warranty, no charge. Had to pay $280 plus tax for labor. I was finally upgraded from the new techs to the “specialists” techs. They seemed a lot more knowledgeable with the furnace and the design nuances. I could have fought this labor charge, but frankly, they wore me down and I just wanted it fixed. Seems to be working so far and now we are at sub-freezing weather, so fingers crossed it will keep working.

I didn’t even have installation and I can already tell their value and unprofessionalism. I was scheduled for ac installment yesterday 10/21. I get a a text at 7:30am the day of telling me they can’t come in for a vague reason like some guys probably called out sick. After that someone was suppose to get back to me with a new date later that morning. Text them twice and called with no answer. They finally get back to me today saying they can come after I get back from my planned trip. I already paid everything in full since I was told payment HAD to be made 3 days prior to installation. I had this scheduled back in June. Today they’re saying they are busy so they can’t do it til 11/17. They have no consideration for their customers schedules and think they can schedule and cancel to their convenience. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from such a reputable company. If we were cancelled for someone calling out sick the day of service , shouldn’t we have the next availability instead of telling us they’re busy so they can’t come til a month later?

First impression of this company has been poor so far. Was told by sales rep their company would contact me 2-5 days before AC install to ask for payment. Had to call the company the day before install appointment to make a payment since no one contacted me. Also, after waiting about 10 weeks, was told the day of the appointment that they needed to reschedule my AC install because their lead tech tested positive for Covid. Soonest reschedule date was another three plus weeks out, and they made it sound like it was something special they were doing to accommodate me. Called company and asked to talk with their manager, and left a voice message about the reschedule date. It has been a week now and no call back. Also, asked my sales rep three times in one week to talk with his manager about the new date, but no response from sales rep. At this point, waiting for the new install date, and waiting for responses from sales rep and their management. Given these experiences so far, we would have gone with another. Unfortunately, we have already waited 11 weeks now, and will wait a few more for an install date given the summer season, and the timelines of other AC companies. If there are any good experiences with the new install appointment, this Google rating may change.

My furnace entirely quit on me without any notice. Brennan came out and diagnosed the problem on a Sunday (blown control board), had a quote out to me the next morning, and replaced the furnace by that afternoon. I was so grateful to them for the responsiveness and a turnaround time that was faster than I had any right to expect. I almost can't overstate how appreciative I am of the work they did for me.

My experience with this company was a combination of frustration and disappointment.

Background/Issues

- Multiple issues with scheduling i.e. my appointments seemed to disappear and received attitude when requesting confirmation of the appointment. Note: it took 3 attempts to “get on their schedule” and wait times for an appointment are 2- 3 weeks.

- When a technician finally turned up, he had no experience with our equipment despite providing the model, type, error issues (multiple times) to the company in advance. Still got charged the full fee despite the issue not being diagnosed or even remotely resolved due to lack of knowledge of equipment.

Understanding things can be complicated, I was willing to explore options to replace the unit, but requested someone more familiar with the brand / setup to take another look at it in parallel. I was then advised the sales team (Ryan S) would reach out and the office would schedule another technician experienced in our unit to visit too.

- No response to follow up calls regarding the above issue.

Fun fact: I'm currently at 8 attempts to get their sales team to reply, visit, or even communicate with me.

Bottom line: I’m out of pocket a few hundred bucks, the AC/Heat Pump still doesn’t work, and not a peep from the company.

We purchased a furnace and air conditioning unit from this company through Costco, so we thought it would be a good company to deal with. My previously warm in winter master bedroom now requires a separate heater, and I still have to use the loud portable air conditioner in my Master which is the reason I purchased central air, so I wouldn’t need that thing. Brennan doesn’t have a solution for this other than, Yea, that happens sometimes. WHAT?! Why didn’t you install a furnace and air conditioning system that would work in our home?

Thank you for responding. please let me know who I should contact. I would very much like to discuss.

9/8/2022 - Replaced Furnace and new Central A/C Installation. Excellent, professional installation by their crew: Ceasar, Martin, Darryl and Jumario. Electricians: James and Wyatt. This is our third home system replacement/upgrade performed by Brennan and we have been happy with all three installations.
