Brennan installed my furnace through Costco in 2019. They gave 5 year warranty for labor. The system has had issues on and off and they charge each time for coming out. On 8/19/21 they did a regular maintenance and indicated they'd checked everything out. They did not replace the filter even though it is included in their maintenance charge because we had the 4inch. When we switched the system to heat on 9/17 as temperatures had dipped. We had an error code 270- Flame failure. On calling Brennan, they informed me they would charge $149 for coming out and worse still were not available until 3 weeks later. I told them I was worried of how safe my home was with a gas furnace that seemed to be malfunctioning but that was not their worry. I'll be asking Costco why they recommend this company year after year despite their terrible services to members.

Costco sent me to this business. I really wanted to like them, but my experience with them was disappointing.
They repaired our furnace when it broke back in November, 2021, for $486 (including tax). So far so good. Then the furnace broke again in February. It turns out that a previous company had replaced a part with the wrong one(!), and then Brennan's tech replaced that wrong part with.. the same wrong part. So it worked for three months, and then it died. I credit the tech for his honesty, by the way; I was impressed with how he handled the situation.
At this point, it's bothersome (we were without heat from Monday -> Friday afternoon in February, and yes, it got pretty cold), but mistakes happen, and I don't blame them for that. What I do blame them for:
1) Not once picking up the phone when I call them. I've had to leave voicemail and have my call returned hours later or the next day, and that's assuming it's returned at all.
2) Their service manager said they would make the issue right for us by waiving the service charge on the second call (which they did--credit to them there) and discounting the second part (which it doesn't look like they did, because the price they gave us for the part was the same part price the tech initially quoted, before we started talking about a discount). They charged us $950 (including tax) for the second visit. So in total, we've paid over $1,400.
3) When I called them to ask about this (knowing that the price might have been an honest mistake, or there might be a reason behind the price that they could explain to me), my voicemail went unreturned, as did my e-mail to their billing e-mail address. I gave it a few weeks before writing this review. At this point, I have to assume that they have no interest in explaining, and it just feels like they're taking advantage.
I gave them two stars because I do have heat again (hopefully for longer this time). But I would not recommend dealing with this business.

Edit: I had AC, Furnace, Water Heater, and Thermostat installed Dec 2021.
Brushing my complaint away instead of apologizing for the incredibly poor customer service and unresponsiveness is certainly a a way to show instead of tell people what your company is like. Three months of hounding you for a fix on a faulty installation is too long. A "temporary fix" of wire through my open window for over a month is too long. A no-call, no-show after months of waiting is unacceptable.
Furthermore, things were not "squared away." My thermostat is now not working so now I have no heating OR cooling instead of just the original problem of no cooling. Moreover, your technicians ignored the leak and mold which I pointed out to them. I have now discovered there is even more mold, my crawl space is flooded, and I need to replace my flooring and insulation. And STILL your installation manager refuses to answer his phone.
Original Post:
Their AC installation didn't work and I have been trying to get them to call me back and fix it for three months now. No-showed, no-called to their repair appointment and they have not responded, called back, or picked up the phone since then. That was weeks ago. Highly disappointed.

I would just like to thank Jevon at Brennan Heating. It was Friday and our AC was not turning on as we were heading into the hottest weekend of the year. I had spoken to both Brennan and Honeywell to find a solution. Honeywell ran some test and it wasn’t my thermostat that was causing the malfunction. Brennan heating was trying their best to get somebody other to our house but they couldn’t get anybody out until Monday. I decided to check with Jevon who sold us the unit to see if their was any insight he would have to get our AC unit up and running. Not only did he take my call but he came out to our house and fixed the issue and got our unit up and running before the heat wave. In times when most people push issues on to others. I really appreciate Jevon for willing to dive in and fix our situation. We thank you for all your help. I would definitely recommend this company.

I worked for this company for a lot of years. The GM Rob is verbally abusive to the employees, and anyone that gets in his way. The owner of the company is aware but doesn’t seem to care anything about how his employees are mistreated. You would really assume with the amount of employees the company has lost in the last 4 year with their established longevity it would be a high concern. It really was a great company to work for under the previous management.

I bought a furnace a year ago so far so good. I really appreciate how Brennan planned/coordinated our install around the holidays. They made sure we were satisfied in our purchase. I recently called them again to look at our ducts and we had a very thorough inspection. The young man that came out was very knowledgeable, and I could tell he knew something about an old house and was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. I give them 5 for professional and quality.

Truly one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had with a contractor. Finally completed my Navien Combi installation, permitting and the troubleshooting of various installation issues nine (9) months after the original installation. Brennan technician was not trained on the proper installation and operation of this Navien unit. Promises to "get back to me" and fix the problems never happened. Permits and equipment quotations were never delivered as promised. It took numerous phone calls, emails and texts to get any response from Brennan and fix some of these issues. Would not recommend Brennan or Navien equipment, just not worth the headache.

Thus far my experience with Brennan has been fantastic! Everyone I have spoken to in scheduling has been polite, professional and overall just plain nice. The technician who came out to perform regular maintenance was just as great. I'm still communicating with Brennan on an upcoming repair to my furnace and every time I speak with them I am very satisfied -- they even helped identify that my furnace is still under a warranty period. Will definitely continue to do business with them.

Their technician, Hallie, was amazing, she checked everything, cleaned what needed to be cleaned, answered all my questions in professional manner. Brennan is the best company in the area!

This was a great company. Not sure what happened. They installed our system in 2015, but the last tech forgot to change our air filter in our 2022 annual service In February, and the tech forgot to fill out the maintenance log too!
We had to use another company and they found our 2021 filter still intact but very dirty ( obviously). Responsiveness from them was diminished as well…we had to move on…
