Brennan Heating & Air Conditioning

I have been extremely patient with them but I give up now (over 7 months now and they still don't have a functioning AC installed). It has been a nightmare working with them. Use them at your own peril.
I had an AC install done in Feb - they couldn't do a test then because it was too cold. I turned it on in late May and realized it does not work. They did 2 visits over a period of a month to find that the outdoor unit had a leak. Now its Sept, I have been trying to followup with them every few weeks and I am still sitting with the faulty unit and no air conditioning through the hot days.
Getting in touch with them is a challenge of its own and when i finally manage to get on phone with someone, all i hear from the representative is i will find out the status and call you back, and then i never hear back. Its horrible customer experience - i am baffled by their rating here.

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! I had the absolute worst experience with them. Unprofessional, lack of communication, multiple follow up appointments where they did not bring the right material or did not bring enough material. When they finished, there were still parts missing / coming undone. I had to call in hundreds of times to get a response. They would transfer me to the wrong department. I would get ahold of someone, they said they would call me back and THEY NEVER DID. Horrible customer service and very unorganized.

First, let me start by saying two words about American Home Shield and their current (year 2022) contractor of choice for Federal Way: pure robbery.
Anyways, after spending 4 weeks with a company hired by AHS to come fix the AC, I had to throw the towel and hire someone else myself.
That company who says are the alpha and Omega, came here 3 times and gave 2 different diagnosis and the AC worked just 1 day after they came. The first diagnosis was of a leak on the roof. I even had two roofers come here and both said the same. No leak.
That company came here and just drained the water accumulated in the pan and called good.
After calling American Home Shield and demanded a different contractor to come over and being denied, I asked a buddy for a referral for a good company.
He referred me to Brennan Heating and Air.
The guys came over 3 days after calling them. The guys ( a crew of 2 technicians) stayed over 3 hours until they figured the problem. Once they figured (which was a pipe issue), they fixed and told me it was fixed for good.
I doubted. I thought I would have to call them few days after.
But no! AC is working like before. A heat wave in last weekend proved the ac is good as new.

I will not even bother calling AHS when I need AC or Heating maintenance work. I will go directly to Brennan.

The team who did our AC installation was excellent. Our family being curious had a lot of questions as the installation process proceeded and they answered every single one. They were on time, quick, thorough, and cleaned up everything afterwards. Will definitely be using them for our HVAC repairs and maintenance from now on.

I'd like to formally thank Crystal (sales), Kerry (owner), and Steve (technician) for their attentive professional service!! Crystal was knowledgeable regarding what was needed to fix our water heater issues. Owner Kerry was willing to oblige and assisted us immediately. Steve the technician was very timely, kind, and thorough. Today it's so tough to find decent customer service. Brennan truly demonstrated and proved to be the epitome of professional customer service. I thank each one of you and look forward to future business!! Very reputable, honest, and dependable company. Highly recommend!!!

I found Brennan when we were shopping around for a heat pump. They were contracted through Costco. They are fantastic. They did a remarkable job with our heat pump installation. All the people on the team were professional and courteous. Now their quote was not the cheapest, but in my opinion you get what you pay for and I did not want the lowest bidder for my heat pump. They did such a good job that I needed some electrical work done and reached out to use their electrical company. Again great work. I have nothing but good things to say about Brennan Heating and Cooling as well as Brennan Electric.

The sales rep was super professional and I could tell he was concerned about what was best for our family's needs, rather than just trying to get a sale. The install crew was exceptionally awesome. Every one of them was polite, courteous, hard-working. They installed very quickly but still took their time to do it the right way. I loved everything about our experience with Brennan and we are very happy with the final results in our home. Definitely recommend!

Also, when the permitting department came to inspect the electrical work, he said that he has never had any problems with Brennan. In fact, they usually go above and beyond to make their work high-quality. Just thought I would mention that recommendation as well.

Timely and professional service. I had a water heater go bad and I was working with my warranty company to get it repaired. Brennan was recommended to me after others were less than eager to help.
There ended up being additional electrical issues that Brennan not only helped with promptly, but each repairman that I interacted with was courteous and diligent.
I will continue the tradition of referring Brennan to anyone who is in need of service.

Brennan was able to repair our aging furnace. The technician who was originally dispatched was inexperienced and diagnosed the issue incorrectly. As a result, the incorrect replacement part was ordered. The technician who came to install said part immediately noticed the error and ordered the correct part. This caused about a two week delay in the repair of our furnace.

It's a little difficult to get a hold of someone by phone; usually you have to leave a voicemail and get a callback but eventually, the correct part was ordered, received, and installed with no extra cost and the furnace is in working order. They were prompt and showed within the first 30 minutes of each promised visit window.

I've used Brennan in the past for my furnace always have wonderful service. But I called twice for a estimate on a cooling system from sales and still nothing. I get your busy but come on call back at least to acknowledge that I called.
