Our technician quickly diagnosed, explained and repaired the issue with our 20 yr old Dacor oven door. He also took a look at our likewise 20 yr old SubZero refrigerator and identified a failing gasket beneath the freezer compartment. We had not been aware of the problem but when pointed out to us could clearly see that replacement was warranted. I would use this company again for major appliance repairs.
