9/3/2021 They installed a new Kitchenaid ice maker in our Kitchenaid
Refrigerator. Now our ice maker is leaking water. Kitchenaid States it is still under warranty & to contact this company to come out to repair or replace. When I called them they stated they DO NOT deal with any repairs under warranty. They wanted to charge me money to come out and repair it even though it was under warranty. I thought I was dealing with a reputable company. They are NOT an AUTHORIZED Kithenaid company, only certified. They are running a SCAM BUSINESS. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They are not reputable. Thank you.
