We purchased our home in Kent back in 2019 and really wanted to have AC installed after the large heat waves that hit Washington the last few summers. We got 3 quotes and Glendale was priced right in the middle of their competitors and seemed very knowledgeable when giving the quote. They were also the company listed on my furnace, and that has been running like a champ for 23 years so figure they do good work! And since they were already doing the AC, I asked them to replace the furnace anyways just since it was getting old and they were already here. I was not disappointed. Riley and Ray did great clean work on the two day job. They communicated every step of the way and asked questions on my preferences. They were by the books, pulling needed permits, etc to do the job right. I highly recommend Glendale heating!

Glendale installed a split in our previous home. Work was scheduled and completed as quoted with no issues. And it completely met our needs.

Moved to a new home a couple of months ago with oil fired heating. Contracted with Glendale to remove this and replace with heat pump based a/c unit. Again, Glendale proved their skills and the install went very well, and now that summer is just round the corner we expect to be comfortable.

Glendale has provided my household with great service for over 21 years. In fact I can't recall a company that has provided better service. Until a couple months ago Glendale delivered our heating oil for our oil furnace, yearly tune-ups and occasional maintenance. They were always available on the phone and promptly provided what was needed. The service people on the phone and in person were considerate and courteous. Last autumn we decided to install mini split heat pumps for a few rooms, we would still need the central oil furnace. But when the Glendale installers arrived for installation, they suggested we consider a central heat pump system even though with the central system we no longer would need oil deliveries. So they packed up the mini split pumps and applied our payment to the central system. The installation was on time and smooth.

Glendale Heating was just great! Our 50+ year-old gas furnace finally bit the dust and left us with no heat in January. Glendale responded quickly with a reasonable estimate. No up-selling, no issues. A replacement furnace needed. Luckily the weather cooperated and space heaters kept us comfortable until the installation team came. They were very efficient, making their way through our messy, unfinished basement in our 100+ year old house. They arrived at 9am and our new furnace was up and running at 4pm when they left. It's been about a month ago now and everything works perfectly. I just can't say enough good things about Glendale Heating. Fair price. Pleasant, happy, professional installers doing great work.

Thoroughly impressed and so glad we went with Glendale Heating & Air — professional, capable, and efficient with the best customer experience so far. (Will update post install) I have been working with Debra to coordinate our furnace update (30+ yrs old Lennox originally installed by Glendale and running great!) and heat pump install… as well as additional air return, air quality monitor and custom filtering solution. She has been extremely responsive, professional and efficient with my time, needs and budget. All other on-site quotes I got took 2-3 hours of my time with a pressure to commit to a $17-30k purchase and disastrous follow-ups (even from “A” rated companies)… while Debra was knowledge, provided great advice, was in and out in under 30 minutes and emailed me a detailed estimate the next day! I just wish all businesses could be so professional, personable, efficient and cost effective as Glendale! It’s the professional & hustle service I learned in my youth in construction with my father, still do today, and appreciate from others.

We recently had the daunting task of finding a reputable company to replace the 19-year-old heat pump system that came with the purchase of our home. It was quite an educational process and we do not spend $10-15,000 lightly. After doing our own research, we started interviewing companies to hear their pitches.
Deborah, the sales rep with Glendale Heating and Air Conditioning, was informative, thoughtful of our home's needs, and attentive to our questions. Prior to making our decisions, we spoke with Randy, one of the owners of the company. He was beyond patient with our (seemingly endless) number of questions.
Once we decided to move forward with Glendale, we were informed of the next steps. Sarah, in Customer Service, guided us throughout the process - ordering, financing options (if needed), installation, follow-up appointment, how to register the product and getting the permits signed off with the city inspector. Sarah was more than gracious, friendly and understanding when we had to unexpectedly reschedule the installation date on short notice when COVID-19 hit our home.
Since we are very factitious homeowners, we were quite nervous about having workers in our home. We knew they had to access our crawlspace from the inside of the house. Ultimately, we had no cause for concern. The install team ~ Riley, Ray, Zeek and Brian ~ were top notch. They arrived at the stated time, introduced themselves prior to starting the job and were very respectful of our home, garage and property. They operated as a great team. They anticipated each other's needs, patiently answered our questions as the job progressed, were efficient and professional. VERY IMPRESSIVE! The service technicians ~ Yuri and Kyle ~ (who were involved prior to the installation) were the same team who came afterwards to follow-up on required systems checks. They also were respectful, informative and efficient.
We are beyond pleased with our decision to hire Glendale. Their selection of products, the high level of customer service and the attention to detail, the training of their technicians who represent Glendale has left us extremely satisfied homeowners with a new and efficient heat pump system - just in time for summer!

Had my final inspection today, inspector was very impress with the work done by Reilly Hitchins and crew. Reilly was punctual, work was excellent, looks like a piece of art. Debra Coons really knows her stuff when she came out for the bid, very responsive. Glendale Heating has staff from top to bottom. Great experience! I would give them more stars if I could. Hightly recommended! Big shout out to Sarah Hutchins who encourage me to give them a try.

Glendale Heating & Air was by far the best company I have dealt with in a very long time! Everything from scheduling to the service day! Max was our tech and he sure was polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and most of all, professional! I would highly recommend!

Randy the technician came to our house to inspect our furnace, it had a fan clicking on often which we were not used to.
Randy ran the furnace and inspected it saying it looks like it is running great, and explained that the fan might have been clicking on to cool the burner after a long cycle.
He was thoughtful, kind and thorough.
I would recommend Glendale heating- everyone from the scheduling person to technician was very nice to work with.
