Always been a good experience with Glendale. They have been available same day the last few times I have needed them. Everyone has been courteous and professional. Nice to know I can count on them if needed. Would definitely recommend this business.

These guys are great. Came out to check out my 23 year old furnace and did a tune up. Recommend them! They're fast, reliable and priced well.

I was charged a $129 diagnostic fee AND a $70 (30 min.) labor fee to install a new thermostat (which they were told was needed). Charging for the same labor twice! I called and questioned the charges and was met with a rude response.
After this review was posted, Glendale called me within a few hours to say they were not told the thermostat needed to be changed- amazing what a review on Google does- a weak apology doesn't change my opinion one bit. The 'diagnostic fee' is just a way to charge for travel time. It takes a competent HVAC tech 5 min to diagnose a bad thermostat- but I get it, some companies do this, but it shouldn't take 3/4 of an hour to diagnose a bad thermostat.

Nice man. Wish he’d had the odd size filter I needed on hand in the truck but he showed me how to put one in once I’d ordered some. Saved the day for me during that cold snap! I will use Glendale again

Kyle was great. Super patient and came out three times to troubleshoot the furnace. Got everything up and running with low cost. Highly recommend.
