I was charged a $129 diagnostic fee AND a $70 (30 min.) labor fee to install a new thermostat (which they were told was needed). Charging for the same labor twice! I called and questioned the charges and was met with a rude response.
After this review was posted, Glendale called me within a few hours to say they were not told the thermostat needed to be changed- amazing what a review on Google does- a weak apology doesn't change my opinion one bit. The 'diagnostic fee' is just a way to charge for travel time. It takes a competent HVAC tech 5 min to diagnose a bad thermostat- but I get it, some companies do this, but it shouldn't take 3/4 of an hour to diagnose a bad thermostat.

Nice man. Wish he’d had the odd size filter I needed on hand in the truck but he showed me how to put one in once I’d ordered some. Saved the day for me during that cold snap! I will use Glendale again
