The BEST! We’ve used Glendale for 20 years and had nothing but the best service. We recently switched to an Air-pump AC/Heating. They handled everything including permits! Fantastic! If you’re looking for a company to help you with heating or AC, look no further.

I cannot say enough great things about Glendale! We had trouble even finding someone to service and repair our oil furnace before selling our home, but Glendale did! Woody came out, crawled under the house, repaired our issue, serviced the furnace and even took before/after photos and a video (while also giving us a detailed receipt) showing us the repair he completed for us to send to our new home buyer. Wonderful customer service, friendly, quick and well priced. Thank you so much Woody & Glendale!

I have used Glendale Heating since I moved into my house that has oil heat 6 years ago. They were fine. A bit unpredictable with filling and a $500 price tag each time, but it was fine. I am switching to a more green alternative and getting a heat pump but needed them to measure the oil I have and give me a few months if needed. They refused and we’re not helpful. They could care less if my family has no heat. Minimum 100 gallons and they will not let me know what is left in the tank. Get a heat pump and don’t deal with Glendale. It is sad but true.

The service technician that was sent to fix our furnace was very rude and had a very nasty attitude. Our whole interaction with this guy wasn't pleasant. Never again.

We ran out of oil accidentally right before the winter storm last year. Some how they were able to get a truck out within 1 day to get our oil filled back up. I don’t know how they managed that, but we were certainly so appreciative!

I've been a customer for 19 years and had great, personalized service and market or below pricing. Glendale is a small, local company and it shows. Nice, helpful and knowledgeable staff that goes the extra mile to provide personalized service and great products.

Had Glendale come in an replace a bad gas valve. Technician came and was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly confirmed the diagnosis and replaced the part and our heating was working again in no time. Pricing was fair and everything was easy. I will call them again!

My Disable Grandfather called Glendale heating to fix a thermostat, when the tech came out said said it wasn’t the thermostat. He called out a electrician who said no it was the thermostat… He called Glendale again and amazingly it was the thermostat so they replaced it. After the thermostat was replaced,Grandpa called he spoke with Jon, who had said a adjustment could be done. However sometime later a woman called and told him he had been charged appropriately. This is highly unprofessional he should have never had to jump though all these hoops; this should have been done right the first time he called them. We don’t know if they sent out someone new or a apprentice but this IS NOT OK

I can't possibly describe how happy I have been with Glendale from day one all the way through completion of the job. Communication was flawless, the price was very fair, and everyone from the scheduler to the estimator to the installers was great! Randy and the installation crew even worked on Sunday AND a holiday to get things done after a minor setback on my end.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Glendale to anyone looking for a great HVAC contractor and I'll be calling them again soon to add air conditioning to my home.
