I used them to get a regular service for my unit, and also diagnose a weird noise that the ductless unit was making. The man that came to check out the unit was not prepared with a tall enough ladder to check the outside unit, despite the fact they said it was included in the maintenance. Inside the house, he just dusted the filter and that's it. He told me that the problem with the noise was the blower wheel, I waited a bit to replace it, but called to get the part ordered. The same man came to do the replacement, and he told me this time that it wasn't the blower wheel that was causing the noise. He was rude and said he'd just leave then when I told him that's not what he had told me last time. I called Sarah, the front desk person, and all I go was an "ok... sorry about that". Stay away from this company, they'll do a meh job and be rude about it.
