At first I was afraid, I was petrified,
Kept thinking I could never live without AC inside,
But then I spent so many nights thinking how Brennan never did me wrong,
And I grew strong,
And they helped me turn it on,
And now I'm cooler,
With a better space,
I just walked in to feel cool air upon my face,
I should have called Brennan faster, Should have hired them sooner,
If I'd known for just one second how much they would satisfy my order :-)

Anywho, great experience. They were very busy and scheduled pretty far out but this was to be expected with the high demand. I scheduled in February, had my appointment at the end of March, and had my installation at the end of June. All my questions and concerns were answered. Our sales rep was Jerry. During his initial consultation, he was very informative. He even took the extra initiative to change out the furnace filter for us since it was there and we just hadn't done it yet. Installers were respectful and arrived right on time. I was always aware of when things were happening and what to expect because Brennan had multiple points of contact for me.

The folks at Brennan were professional and got everything done way ahead of time. Sergio, Dylan, and Riley were the crew putting things together, and we couldn't have asked for a better team - they explained everything, set things up, verified that things work correctly and were extremely courteous and respectful.

Really made a great choice by going with Brennan for our HVAC work.

I had Brennan install a furnace and air conditioning for me a couple weeks ago- and through the whole process I've been impressed with the friendliness, professionalism and honesty of everyone I've interacted with. Brad and Evan were the head of a great team on site, and did an incredibly clean install job, even when I asked them to do some modifications to how the existing system was oriented- instead of any questions, i came out a half hour later to find that my "can we do..." had been done. They very obviously care about their work, were great about educating me through the process when i piped up with questions, and never let me feel like i was in their way, despite my barrage of questions, and the fact that I was constantly in their way learning. In addition, Aharon was a great resource both in recommending the system as well as in final configuration- his knowledge and willingness to dig in to the particulars of my setup to make sure i was happy with how everything worked was very welcome.

Everyone who I've worked with (Brad, Evan, Aharon, Steven, Shelly & Chiquita, as well as the speedy and professional electrical and compressor crews who's names i unfortunately don't recall!) have made a very expensive week much more easy to deal with, and I'm thankful I feel that i can trust everyone for my future service needs after having worked with so many people who seem to like their job, and the company they work for. The consistently high bar of people I've talked to was really good to see and put me at ease with the process and the expense.

existing customer with them they did install the water heater and furnace couple years ago ,for the second year service They canceled on me three times & Finally they showed up with a broken filter and they never came back to fix it !! They charge a lot & they do nothing and they have very bad customer service. I do not recommend !!

Brennan installed a new furnace and a/c unit less than one year ago. We’ve used it twice for a/c and it stopped working July 26. I called for service was told someone would come today between 2-5. No one came. There was a reminder call yesterday. No one answers the phones. I’ve left several voicemails. Now we are suffering in the longest heat wave in Seattle history. I do not recommend this company. We paid 14,000 for this system and it does not work!

the install was fine, however, they are terrible at answering or returning phone calls. I have called multiple times trying to get my receipt for the new furnace and heat pump which i need for taxes and rebates and they refuse to give it to me. the installer should have left the receipt at the house at the time of installation. Super frustrated with the terrible customer service and finance department with this company

Technician was on time, got set up and cleaning was done in a reasonable time. Technician was honest about a next cleaning in 3-5 years.

Furnace stopped working few days ago. Complete radio silence.

Brennan heating and air conditioning put in a furnace that worked only sporadically until it completely stopped working. $7000.00 + furnace that should have lasted for 15-20 years only lasted for 7 years. They tried to pressure me to buy another unit, said there was nothing they could do. Finally, an honest technician came out and said it broke because it was improperly installed. They completely reinstalled it and replaced the heater exchanger which stopped working due to their improper installation. Now they are suing me to pay for the reinstallation . Save yourself a lot of grief and money and don’t use Brennan heating and air conditioning!

Cory was helpful with info about filters and best of all our heater was quieter than it had ever been and still heating well!
