Very poor response. Could not get a response from sales rep or even main office. Finally had to make complaint to Costco and get them involved (3rd party vendor) to them. When site/sale rep came, did not say needed bollard in front of unit. Only when city inspector came and failed the inspection was in it needed. Attempted numberous times to get a hold of sale rep, nothing, appoint finally made and no show (bad snow storm) understand but no call, text,email cancelling or reschedule. Like I said had to get Costco Corp involved. What worries me now, is how will they respond or not respond for any service that may or may not be needed in the future. The installation will now also cost me extra. Why not in original bid? Big name company too big for it own britches. Find anyone else to do the job.

Just had my furnance/ac unit serviced it was way more expensive (over $100 more) than any other maintenance we have ever had, would recommend calling other companies. Also very difficult to schedule an appointment-

Beware their extremely reckless drivers! I was driving past an elementary school right after the kids were let out for the day, lots of kids walking around, when a Brennan Heating and Air Conditioning truck drove up behind me going way too fast, started tailgating me aggressively, and then swerved over the yellow line and floored it to pass me. Truck #44, WA license plate B29489W.

Horrible horrible horrible! Do not use them. I had a furnace installed 3 years ago and it stoped working. When I called Brennan they sent me to a voicemail 6 times. I left several messages and no one will call back. I asked the customer service lady when I could expect a call back and her response was “we are busy and I don’t know.” If you want to suffer being cold then this is the right company for you.

They did some significant work for us a few months ago. We had a new problem. They identified that the problem was minor. They didn't charge us for the follow up. I trust them and will use them again.

We installed our furnace with them almost 2 years ago. It’s not working now and when we try to call them, they are always busy and they would try to give us every reason why warranty wouldn’t apply. Worst customer care service, we thought since we are going through costco, Costco would help, but they are also not helping.

Service rip-off! I paid Brennan $199 for the annual maintenance on my gas furnace and heat pump. The tech was prompt and polite and got started right away. As he was wrapping up, he made 2 recommendations for preventive repairs. I usually pass on such things, but since I trusted the Brennan name, I accepted the additional $573 recommendation. The tech finished in less than 30 minutes, which seemed too fast for what he described. That prompted me to look up the parts online, and I found them available from Amazon for less than $100. I don't mind Brennan making a profit, but this was a total rip-off. They may be great on a new install, but watch your wallet on a service call.

We have been having Brennan do our annual service since we had our furnace and ac installed by them 3 years ago. So when the furnace started blowing cold air, 4 weeks after our annual service, we called them up. This was a Thursday and they said they weren't able to get somebody out until the next Monday to get it fixed. Not great but we could deal. The tech came out and got the heater working and left no charge, 2 hours later furnace was blowing cold air again. Called brennan again they got somebody out next day. He said that he need to order a part and he would let us know when it was in but would try to get it done right away after not hearing back for a few days called in for the status. Was told that we would have to schedule an appt because it was not emergent to be with out heat in November and the soonest available was 2 1/2 weeks out. We were not happy but dealt with it since it was a warranty fix. So the day finally came for our appt, tech comes spends a half hour replacing the part says it's fixed,and charges us $300 and leaves. A few hours later furnace is blowing cold air again we immediately call them back they have a tech call us. He proceeds to tell us I'll have the office call u in the morning. Office didn't cal so we called several times and just got the run around about how this is going to be resolved still don't have heat and it's been a month. We are beyond fed up on their lack of responsiveness. Do not use them just because you can get the Costco Deal.
