DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BRENNAN. In late spring 22' I got multiple bids from companies to install ductless AC mini splits in my single family townhome. Brennan offered the best price and after meeting with the sales rep Dillon who came to my house to put the bid together, we both signed a contract on 6/3 for them to install the system. They were booked out for 4 months and earliest they could do the install was October. The week of the install, Dillon contacted me to inform me that they would have to further delay my project because they could not get proper permits from the city. We went back and forth for a couple of weeks of them trying to obtain the permits and then finally on 11/28 (after multiple weeks of me having to reach out to them for an answer and 6 weeks after my initial install date) Dillon notified me via email that "unfortunately it seems as though we cannot help with your installation as we are not familiar/prepared to handle multi-family buildings in the city limits of Seattle." WHAT. How do you accept a job/contract AND take a 50% deposit payment of $6500 from me without getting permits first? My entire experience with this company was a nightmare, I am still without AC in my home and have to start the process all over again to find a company that will do what they say they will. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Unreliable office staff. Good luck trying to get repairs or services scheduled. Most phone calls go straight to voice-mail, and no one returnes phone calls. Once they've got your money, you'll never hear from them.

They quickly addressed my need for a water heater replacement. Haul away and install took just 2 hours! Let them know of your Costco membership for a 10% cash rebate. Take an additional 2% when charging to a Costco Citi Card and another 2% with a Costco Executive Membership.

The overall installation of the AC and furnace was great, but after that was terrible. After trying several time to reach out about getting invoice for the loan company, no response at all. With all this terrible communication, my loan ended up expiring because Brennan took months after installation to finally send invoice after I’ve tried reaching out several times. Now my % rate tripled because of this terrible communication, very disappointed

It is next to impossible to talk to anyone on the phone here. Going through Costco should make this lot more satisfying but my experience with Brennan has been anything but satisfying. Call them, immediate voicemail. for several days. Had to call Costco back to get an estimate scheduled. Finally get on the books, they called to confirm but missed my call. I tried to call back, guess what? Voicemail. If its this hard to contact them to get them to make a sale I can't imagine how hard it will be to contact them for service. As far as I am concerned I don't want to do business with a contractor who's so hard to get a hold of. You can bet I'll be reporting to Costco. Stay away.

Needed service on our AC unit (R-410A Recharge). Called Brennan and spoke to Michelle, she is so nice to talk to. Brennan was at the house on time in the morning and got us taken care of. Definitely Recommended.

We had Brennan out to fix our furnace (Maytag furnace installed in 2017) in April, took 6 weeks to receive a part but we understood it was due to covid delays. On Saturday, the furnace stopped working again. I've been calling but haven't received a response to even get scheduled.
