Stephan and Juan were professional, extremely hard working, and timely. Worked with a bunch of weird constraints on our project and delivered the heat pump system we were looking for. Thanks for the great experience.

They skipped every other screw when fastening the furnace together, they did not use the parts specified in the quote, used the wrong screws so I can barely open the filter access, they opened gaps in my trunk line?, were VERY unresponsive with fixing the install. Would not recommend! They are barely cheaper than competitors I would absolutely pay $200-$500 more than them to avoid the BS

I was really pleased with the experience. The service tech Tio is absolutely the best! He can figure out the problem and fix it promptly. He is very courteous and highly professional.

Fischer came out 2X to repair my boiler that was intermittently shutting down. They were NOT able to diagnose the problem or fix it even after 5 hours of labor.

I will give them credit as I spoke to the owner and he offered to provide a credit for the second trip. We ended up splitting the charge.

I called another Furnace repair company-they came a few days later and in 30 minutes they diagnosed and solved the issue.

Like I said, I want to give them credit for good customer service but they need a better furnace repair tech.

Jeremy and Mike did an excellent job installing my new furnace. They showed up on time in masks. After the install was completed, they even took the time to give me a tutorial on how to use all the features on the thermostat control. These guys are great. I would recommend Fischer heating to anyone

Tech said they would get back to me with a quote on a motor replacement. A week later I called, customer service said they would call me back same day. It's a week later, no call and no quote.

Pat and Jeremy did a fantastic job on our house. It's an older craftsman with limited attic and crawlspace, but the Fischer team was able to install central air when other companies said that mini-split would be our only option. They took care to maintain the house's aesthetic when installing duct work. They communicated well from start to finish. Overall, we are very impressed with their expertise, cost, professionalism, etc.

Mike and Jeremy from Fischer Heating and Air Conditioning installed a mini-split heating/cooling unit in our guest cottage. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Installation of the interior unit was a bit tricky (due to a skylight that pivots 360 degrees and a wall sculpture) but they did a great job!

They are prompt with providing detailed estimates and always meet and accommodate our project schedules. They also take the time to communicate well with our project leads in order to meet the needs of the project and they do quality work.

The guys on crew came out were very professional, time efficient, and did a great job. The night before they came out I called with a need to replace my hot water heater! Seth, made it happen even though it was last min., Less then 24 hours! I think these guys are great and would use them again! 😊
