this company is the best I've ever used! They were able to come out and give me a quote for a new air conditioner within an hour, and they even helped me finance it. Plus, they offer a 24 hour emergency service so I know I can always count on them. They also sent someone out to my new home to install the indoor air handling units and the central air system. The whole process was seamless and I am so excited to have a brand new air conditioner that is efficient and will help save me money on my energy bills

I obtained their contact information from friends who had recently replaced a furnace water heater, and I then left a morning message. Manager was reached via phone at roughly 1:00 PM, and a technician arrived at 2:00 PM. Said that wherever PGE is involved, this frequently occurs. On the invoice, he noted that the issue was caused by a power surge and advised me to file a claim. claim was submitted, and PG&E will send the cash soon. I'm really happy with their knowledge, professionalism, and service!

This is not an HVAC company located in Edmonds, even though they have a local address, the person they sent out was a contract worker with no affiliation to Edmonds Heating and Cooling. The setup just seems very shady to me and I won't use them in the future.
