The company's price is similar to other companies. The technicians are very kind and professional. However, It took me 2 weeks, 8 phone calls, and talking to 4 different people to tell them that I need a receipt for my payment. Moreover, a person who helped me out in the end was a random technician. He was dumbfounded when a customer service rep transferred my calls to him instead of a bookkeeper. He was kind enough to take my contact and told me he will get things sorted out. Please, Sir or Madam who owns the business, reconsider your customer care process.

I would highly recommend this company and already have to our friends and family! The installers showed up on time and completed a difficult installation at our house. They had to work around our animals and even an elderly parent who was there the whole time and yet at the end of the day we could not even tell they had been there when they left. We have been in this home for over 27 years and have never been more comfortable. Thank you Fischer for the professional service your company provided!

I can't say enough about how impressed I am with Fischer Heating and Air. The installation of my new furnace and AC was painless and it was a real pleasure working with Rob and Mike and Jared, the electrician. All were knowledgeable, careful and thoughtful. Thank you all very much!

I was having trouble with my fireplace and contacted them to see if that could do anything for me. The gentleman that came out was nice enough and found the problem. I was left with the impression that they were going to order the part that was needed and do the repair. Nope, weeks later they just sent me a bill for over $300 bucks for an hour and half of labor. I'm currently on day two of trying to pay this bill... I've called twice and gotten passed around. I ended up getting someone else to do the repair (with another inspection to redetermine the problem). That inspection AND repair cost me $300 bucks.

The AC started to make noise just as summer weather was setting in. Our usual maintenance company was taking forever to get back to us. I called Fischer Heating and AC on recommendation of a friend. They came out and fixed the problem. The gentleman had the part in truck, so no waiting. All in all, quick, clean and professional. Would use this company again.

A couple years ago, I had to upgrade my oil furnace to something better because the oil bill was costing me an arm and a leg. I called Sears and they had a new furnace installed. I paid a lot for the furnace. Thinking I was going to save money, my electric bill skyrocketed--slightly less than what I was paying for the oil bill. I thought this is what I had to deal with since there is no gas running to my house. Recently, my furnace was making some odd banging noises. A service guy came by and fixed the problem. I believe his name was Nick or Nicholas (so sorry if I got it wrong). He asked me if I would consider upgrading to a Heat Pump. He told me that I have an electric furnace and it was meant for backup, not my main source of heat. He gave me a quote. It was half the price of the furnace Sears sold me. I was very hesitant since I shelled out so much for the furnace Sears sold me. He also said they are also energy-efficient and it should save me a couple bucks on my electric bill. I decided to do it. Everything was set up for me within the week. AND OMG, the proof is in the pudding. My electric bill is now a fifth, yes 1/5 of what it used to be. Also, I have AC! I didn't know Heat pump is also AC. Cool air for the summer I'm a super happy customer.

Mike and the gang (sorry I forgot the rest of your names fellas) were everything you could want for a team on an installation project. They were on-time, communicative and were able to problem solve a couple of issues on the fly. I don't review things online, but this was such a great experience I just had to share. Would definitely recommend.

Trash!!!! HUSTLERS!!! Beware, these guys quoted me $45/hr + $75 for the service tech to come out. The tech worked for 2hrs and nothing was completed, they said they needed another tech to come look at the furnace. Then when I spoke with the tech, he re-quoted me $45 for every quarter hour of work ($45/15mins). These guys are scammers. I spoke with the manager, he didn’t want to honor the original quote. This company literally took $435 and nothing was completed.

Today Mike and Jeremy installed a heat pump at my house. I felt they were knowledgeable about what they installed, they answered all my questions and were neat and tidy and professional. I highly recommend Fischer for all heating needs at your house.

We called Fischer Heating on Monday because our furnace went out and they had a new furnace hear and installed on Wednesday!! We had heat again by noonish!! The installers Rob and Michael were very professional and new what they were doing!!! Thank you again guys!!
