All Climate Heating & Air Conditioning

Thermostat went kaput on one of the hottest days of the year so far. Called All Climate because I’d used them before to repair my AC when other companies wouldn’t come for weeks. It was the weekend, but I got a tech to come in same day, in less than two hours. Jorge called, listened, and knew what was up. He came in and went to work in my stifling attic diagnosing and fixing stuff right away. He was friendly and knowledgeable and offered solutions. He even found out that we didn’t have an air intake filter installed, which was probably the cause of most the issues to begin with. At the end of the day, our system is good to go before the next heat wave, and Jorge set us up with a maintenance plan to ensure my family stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter. All Climate is definitely the company to use if you need work done, especially in an emergency!

Jorge did a wonderful job today at Bellevue. He came out for an annual maintenance and found issues with the heat pump compressor, the pitch of the drain line, and clogged p-trap. He fixed them all in a timely manner and kept us in the loop during the whole process. We were amazed by his level of competency. Thank you!

We had an issue with our AC unit - the thermostat said it was running, the heat pump fan was spinning, but the air handler wasn't running. Christian at ACH came out after hours to make sure our unit was back up and running on the hottest day of the year. Amazing service.

Jorge did a great job on our furnace and A/C maintenance, going above and beyond by removing dead rodents from our attic, and giving me useful tips to help my A/C run more efficiently.
