Absolutely impressed by the hard work, professionalism, and attention to detail Kim and the staff provided in our home while installing our new furnace. Grateful for the work they did today to make sure we have a comfortably warm home. Will be recommending Lewis Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone in need of ac and heat services in the future.

I used Lewis Heating & Air Conditioning for a wall mounted heating and air unit for a small second floor addition. The technician was absolutely wonderful to work with, he was very responsive, got us our estimate immediately and came out to do the work within less than two weeks. He was also very helpful with getting us in contact with an electrician as we are new to the area and were struggling to find one. Prices were very reasonable and they did a great job, highly recommended!

We have an apartment that needs a technician immediately. Spoke to Marck and he was super helpful even during these crazy times that we are living. He was able to send over a tech and fix our sink back up within a few hours. 5 stars all the way.

A truly unprofessional business that will scam you and lead you on. I would avoid at all costs. They have 3 other locations - Redmond, Renton, and Puyallup. If you read the Renton and Puyallup reviews, you will see others with experiences very similar to ours. You can't find a website for this company either.

Our AC went out last week and it has been over 83 degrees in our house, so we booked Lewis Heating & Air to come on Monday (8/1) and were told they would be here between 10am and 1pm and that we would be receiving a call 30 minutes before to let you know they were on the way.

1pm came and went with no contact from Lewis, so we contacted them. They said they were still at their previous job and would be here soon. We waited about an hour and a half before calling again to check to see where things were. None of the contact was initiated from them - we had to keep calling and checking.

We were told that that they were too busy and had to reschedule for another day. We told them that that was unacceptable, as we had been waiting around all day for them to show up. People work from home in this house and it is impossible to do so when it's the temperature that it is. We were told that the situation would be escalated to the manager and that we would be receiving a call back in 10-15 minutes. It never came.

We called back about an hour later and were given the window of 7pm-9pm that night (last night) of when a technician would be coming out. We waited until 8pm and called to confirm that a technician would, indeed, be coming out and they said no one would be coming out and that we would have to reschedule for tomorrow (today 8/2). We insisted that this was completely unacceptable and we were once again escalated to a manager and told that a manager would call us back in 10-15 minutes. No one called us back.

We called them again this morning and were told they could reschedule us for Thursday 8/4, but it's extremely hard to believe anyone will show up after what we dealt with yesterday. This company will straight up lie to you, and we accused them of being liars, and a person named Jonathan or Johnathan hung up on us.

Our landlord prepaid for this service/repair and this company has taken their money without completing the service. Landlord has requested a chargeback through their card company. Lewis Heating & Air Conditioning will take your money and lead you on but wont provide any service. PLEASE avoid, especially in a heatwave. This is not the type of company you want to do business with.

These guys have both installed a replacement HVAC system as well as performed maintenance on an existing unit for us. They have been very prompt and responsive in meeting our service needs at a fair price. Great communications both before and after service. We will continue to use them for all our future HVAC needs. Highly recommended!

I have been using them for years and we have always been very satisfied with their services. They are reliable and affordable, which is a great combination!
