Thomas and the team at Innovative Comfort Systems were friendly, efficient, and competent. Unfortunately the time from initial visit to completed project was 3.5 weeks, which was quite a bit longer than we anticipated. That said, the team was very responsive, answered all questions quickly, and managed each hiccup in a professional manner.

I was once an oil & gas service technician and I know good service practices better than anyone. When our gas combi-boiler reached the end of its service, I became very concerned. I was concerned that I might inadvertently select a poor service provider that lacked knowledge and may be dishonest. I know from experience that there are a wide range of installers ranging from excellent to very poor. Once I had decided what kind of equipment I wanted installed, I had several companies give me bids. I selected the bid from Innovative Comfort for many reasons besides the dollar amount I was quoted. Thomas was the fellow that analyzed my system and provided me with an appealing bid. I have a good sense of character judgment that has served me well through the years. When I met Thomas I sensed a kind, caring individual that prided himself on honest, quality work. It turns out that I was right in my judgment; Thomas is all that and more. He sent two outstanding installers to our home, both very courteous and professional. They installed everything to my exact expectations and I am still in awe of the great service I received. The install was in April and the weather was warming. Although we were able to reap the benefits of on demand domestic hot water immediately, we had to wait to appreciate the home heating. I remember looking forward to the Fall & Winter to experience the comfort of our new system. It is now late November and we are beginning to enjoy our heating systems full potential. I am so pleased with the cozy feel of a good balanced heating system. Thomas provided us with a zone and thermostat for each room of our home; before this our zones were on a timer. Each of the rooms were on thermostats, but Thomas's installers discovered that they had been wired wrong from the start. In short it was always too hot or too cold in our home. Thanks to the expertise and knowledge of Thomas's crew, that problem is no more. Now we are comfortable and saving a ton of money on our energy bill! Innovative Comfort is a company that stands alone in excellence. As a former heating technician, take it from me; they are the best in the business.

I scheduled a time for them to come out and give me a bid. The visit went smoothly and Jerry said he would provide a quote in a few days. It has been three weeks and no response. I followed up with email to be sure they had the correct email address and even followed up with a call remind them. Still nothing. Kind of unprofessional to waste my time. If they don't want the business or are too busy that is fine, but would have been nice if they said that upfront.

Their attention to detail, and professionalism makes them my number one choice for any HVAC need. Their company is equipped to do basic smaller jobs all the way to larger full scale HVAC jobs. This is a great company to do business with. Professional and very focused on customer satisfaction. We were not completely satisfied with some details of the installation of our new heat pump (only cosmetic items). They came out and immediately revised the installation exactly as we requested. Unusual in our experience, and very much appreciated!

Follow up on my earlier 3 star email. I was disappointed regarding how the install went on our commercial space,, but very pleased with the follow up on a service call, under warranty. Very responsive, and I am very pleased.

We worked with Thomas and his team to convert from our ancient oil furnace to natural gas, and a tankless H.W. heater. We’ll also be putting in a gas range with our remodel.

From their initial visit, installation options, estimates, schedule to actual installation of 3 indoor and 2 outdoor units - they were throughout professional, great listeners, and truly innovative (true to their name!) to find routes in our century old home with minimal disturbances.

I'm not a big poster of anything but I have to do something here. We had a custom home built on about 3 acres in North Bend in 2015. Our general contractor recommended Innovative Comfort Systems install the radiant heating and domestic water delivery systems, so Jason and his crew built a fairly complicated system that looks like a piece of art on the side of our mechanical room's wall which involves 5 heating zones as well as a future plumbed zone should we decide to build out the basement.

Last week, we noticed our Master Bedroom/Bathroom zone wasn't heating and we called them to see if they could help. They sent someone out fairly quickly to help us determine the source of the problem only to find a valve had broken and would likely require replacing. The part was ordered and they were scrambling to fit us in before the Thanksgiving Holiday was upon us but it may be we'd be without heat in that zone. No worries- we can live with that no problem.

On Monday, I noticed a fairly significant leak coming out of one of the pipes holding an actuator, and I emailed Jason a short video of the leak and asked if he thought I should turn off the pumps for fear of burning them out? He immediately responded to turn the system off and he would do what he could to get to our house ASAP with the new part which although wasn't delivered to his office, it was in Shoreline and he would drive there first thing in the morning before coming to our house on Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving, to spend about 5 hours of unscheduled work to repair the leak.

On arrival, he realized the valves were working flawlessly but he noticed the gaskets were broken due to an incorrect installation 5 years prior. He took pictures of all the broken pieces, labeled where they were on the wall, emailed the diagram to us and said he would cover the expense because someone in his company didn't catch it 5 years prior.

I can't say enough about the integrity of Jason and his company. He absolutely went above and beyond, during a holiday, during a pandemic, on a project he worked on 5 years prior and all on his own accord. We weren't badgering him to come out and we weren't destitute without heat by any means. He just did it because he felt it was the right thing to do. I would use him again in a heartbeat.
