Kings Heating & Air Conditioning

We have had this AC/ Ductless heat exchanger in for over 4 years now and I can't tell how happy we are with it. We have had no problems. During this HOT Seattle weather it really keeps our 2,400 sq. Ft. house cool. The cost was about the same as before but we are comfortable now. We had rooms that would get up to 90Deg. Kings Heating is a great company. They are a 3rd generation company. We have had several friends who have used them and are happy as well. Thank you for Making and keeping us Comfortable. <3

REALLY know their stuff! Our previous furnace company, who we'd been with 30 years, messed up installing a furnace 12 years ago, causing it to fail early. Kings knew exactly what had gone wrong, plus gave us a better quote for a new furnace. So glad we switched!

One of the most unethical businesses I've ever dealt with. They left a job halfway through, left me without heat or hot water for weeks, didn't show when they said they would, and left a huge mess behind. No explanation. Overcharged me anyway then stopped returning calls. Just unconscionable business practice.
I found another company that was more knowledgeable, more competent, more responsible, and cheaper.
Stay away from King's.

P.S. I lived in this house years ago and used King's Ave they were great. I still own the house and rent it out, and it's very telling that they pretend I left this review by accident. The review above is accurate, they really made life hard on my tenant as I described above, and it's disgusting that they would lie like they have in their reply below.

Ben was a skilled technician as well as delivered great customer service. He was very thorough, answered all my question and helped me learn about the equipment.

I highly recommend Kings Heating for any HVAC needs. They are honest, easy to communicate with but most of all are one of the few companies that have integrity.

Working with the team for the purchase and installation of our new furnace at Kings, has been a complete delight in every way! Kings installed our furnace 6 years ago and we had them come back this week to install central A/C. Josh and Mike did a great job on the install and explained the process the whole time. Kings takes great care of their customers and helps you through the whole process. Chris, the estimator, was also top notch and helped us understand our choices. Overall, we are happy with Kings and will continue to use them for our heating and cooling needs! Bring on the hot weather, we are ready!

This company is great!! A huge shout out to one of their service technicians by the name of Ryan! He (Ryan) is smart, personable, and a great representative for their company.

We recently had Kings Heating & Air Conditioning replace our gas furnace and install an air conditioning unit for our home. It was a very positive experience. Chris came to do the estimate and bid the job. He sent a thorough quote in a timely fashion. Michaela was great with scheduling and explaining financing and the permit side of things. The two professional installers, Mike and Josh, did a great job and were both very friendly and knowledgeable. They took their time in answering our questions and explaining the new furnace and A/C unit controls and functions. We are now awaiting warmer weather when a technician will come out and finalize "firing up" the A/C unit as it needs to be warmer weather to do this properly.
Bottom line is, we are very pleased with the results and would recommend Kings to anyone looking to have HVAC work done at their home.
